I wrote this because I played Stanford last night. 15 minute quarters. They snapped the ball with 20 seconds on the play clock most of the time. They ran 100+ plays......which is just too many.

If you don't want to do the above at least let the USER set the CPU to use "chew clock" by changing controller sides to the CPU then back to the USER team.

Should be a simple thing. It would greatly enhance my desire to play NCAA football next year. Along with custom playbooks!!!!!!
