It doesnt fix these major, and recurring, bugs;

-IR still not fixed
-Gameplanning still not fixed
-Accelerated clock bug
-Pancake tackles
-Genererated rookies still demand massive contracts unless signed by CPU.

Some of these bugs have been around since Madden '09. And since this patch does not fix them, and I had PERFECT custom sliders, this patch will actually make things worse for me.

Some of these bugs just cannot be fixed through a patch. A patch fixes small minor problems, it's not a whole new game.

Most of these patches fix gameplay issues or add in small things e.g. Uniforms. I'm no game designer/programmer, but if you think that they have been more or less adding more code to a game that has thousands of coding already. The only way to fix everything is to scrap everything and start from scrap.

And I have a theory that the 'Santa Clause Glitch' has something to do with the date on your PS3. This glitch has only come up very recently as we have moved closer towards Christmas. I might see if changing the month to something like July could make a difference. Just a theory.

I think he means that EVERY pregame intro is about qb's. There were supposed to be different players featured, but it's not working.

I have still yet to see anywhere this was officially confirmed (i.e. more then QB intros)

Guys, I am not sure the Santa Clause glitch is actually a glitch. It could be something that's working off of the system clock/date and the last time I checked it was December.

I heard people from outside the US were receiving it yesterday, ie the UK. Hopefully, MS and PS will get it to the US asap.

I seem to remember reading one of Ian's older blogs that there were more recorded but somehow got "broken".

It might even go as far back as pre-release details.

Thats why I made the point to say some of these bugs have been around since Madden '09.

Be nice to get some feed back, some sort of conformation or update on why this is taking forever so we can start playing/tweaking sliders..I dont understand their execution of this

The Santa thing has been happening to me in my Franchise mode since November. Also it shouldnt be happening in Franchise mode until december games Id be real happy though if it fixed itself in January. Its just another one of those strange glaringly noticeable things that you wish would stop happening. EA however is just to good at doing these types of things.

well the only thing is is that the pink accessories dont show up untill october in a franchise mode and it was active the whole month of october, i just started a new saints franchise an jolly ol' st. nick is in the superdome in the pre-season
