Good player, bad team?
Who do you consider a good player on a bad team?Last edited by TheMatrix31; 06-22-2011, 08:28 PM.“I just hate getting caught in the open field. That would be shameful of me.” -Cam NewtonTags: None -
Re: GOOD PLAYER BAD TEAM
Steve Smith- Carolina Panthers
Steven Jackson- St.Louis Rams
I would say Calvin Johnson for Detroit but really all they need is a qb and they would be ok“I just hate getting caught in the open field. That would be shameful of me.” -Cam Newton -
Re: GOOD PLAYER BAD TEAM
Darren McFadden is another one I'd throw up there, but this last year the Raiders started to pull together but if they lose Nnamdi I believe they'll be back at the bottom of the pile.
Also, David Garrard is someone I feel would be a lot better on another team.--
Have you ever wanted to coach or play basketball at the next level, but something prevented you from achieving that dream? Fret no more. Ask me about SimWorld Hoops to see how you can create your virtual self, and follow your path from the prep-level to the pros.

They need an offensive line and then they would be okay.

I've watched him lock onto his first read from snap to throw on 3rd and long and throw to that WR despite 2 defenders in front of the WR that was 5 yards from the first down. Other WR's were wide open jumping up and down waving their arms and he never even threw a glance at them.
He's a tough guy, but he lacks the ability to adjust to changes and think on his feet. While he has never had a true #1 WR to throw to I don't see how that would make up for his low football IQ.
He will still play the season as the Jaguars starting QB and I will support him as long as he does. I just know his flaws.Comment

Re: GOOD PLAYER BAD TEAM
Owen too. Cushing too. But when your secondary is awful and your coaching/preperation sucks, your team is gonna suck no matter how much talent is on the team.Comment
