Q: Can you make custom rivals in dynasty? If so, I'd guess it'd be done during custom conferences. I know you can set up "protected rivals" but it's my understanding that those don't become rivalry games and that they're just protected cross-divisional games.

Others in my OD are sure they saw that we can set up custom rivals, but I think they're confusing it with "protected rivals" in the custom conference setup. I'd greatly appreciate an answer to this.
