To repeat, these are 360 only. There are some other great rosters for ps3.

Sorry, but can someone explain to me how to get these rosters working for offline??? I've been trying everything....

You need to use Modio to rehash & resign to your profile. Transfer to your 360 from a USB stick.

...what is that ???? All you have to do to use them in Dynasty is to LOAD them before you start a Dynasty. Worked for me last year just fine, and I have not started my Dynasty yet in 12, but I don't see why there would be difference.

IF you are taking any input, Alton isn't on UNC anymore, you could add Jack Tabb (TE) or Romar Morris RB who is FAST, AJ BLUE is a QB, you should move him to QB, has a STRONG arm, and very quick, should be a mid to high 70 rating. Coples should be a little quicker, he is more explosive. Holts was a 5 star on Rivals and you have him at a 72, he should be higher. Hurst the LT started every game last year as a true freshman and was a 5 star OT. Long story short, check your thread you had about the rosters on page 105, or I can post it here again.

i think it's fairly obvious that you're not sure how modio functions - you'll need an understanding of it to get the file. people will try to help, but you should also use the search feature or google this. but without a basic understanding of terminology i don't think you'll find much help here. we've all had to learn this, so try using a search feature.... YOUTUBE it as well - some good tutorial walk-thru's available. but don't get frustrated or feel guys here are unhelpful... there are plenty of places elsewhere on OS that explain this step-by-step (ie. try the madden forums).
