He has been compared to Rams runningback Steven Jackson because of his size and the way he runs. He knows how to fight for those extra yards and could carry the load for his team. Coach Golden: I was blown away from what I seen Hayden do. He looks like a power back but runs like hes a scat back. He will be a much needed addition to our backfield. Just like Jimmy he will not be seeing the field in 2013 but he will be making a huge impact once he does.
