The upgrade is complete, but you've probably noticed the forums are only showing posts up to about April 8. Posts made after that are still in the process of being moved over, and that should take another week or two. Feel free to start a new thread.
The site might feel a little slow while work continues. Engineers are staying on it through the night to get things moving faster again. Thanks for your patience.
Thank goodness. After watching him in games this year against Oregon and OSU his "can't coach that well so I'll just yell all the time" attitude is ridiculous.

The Kentucky fan base is turning the heat up on Joker Phillips, and rightfully so. I said to Joker detractors after last season's poor finish that Joker wouldn't be on the hot seat unless he had a disaster of a season.
That disaster of a season may very well be this year.
Kentucky is sitting at 2-4 this season and could easily be 0-6 at this point if it wasn't for powerhouse programs such as Western Kentucky and Central Michigan shooting themselves in the foot with turnovers. Morgan Newton looks worse now than he did as a freshman. Kentucky has a good defense under new coordinator Rick Minter, but it doesn't help when the defense is out on the field for 3/4 of the game because the offensive offense goes 3 and out over and over and over again with their vanilla has hell offense.
And with each passing game, it looks more and more like Joker has lost this team. Even the game against Jacksonville State is starting to look more and more like one for the loss column.
It's time to fire Joker Phillips. Some people feel he should be given more time. Joker may only be in his second year as head coach, but he was the coach in waiting for years. Joker isn't trying to get his recruits in here. All the players on this team are his players that he recruited. It would be different if UK just hired him from somewhere else. These players aren't trying to learn a new offense. It's all the same...same coaches, same players, same offense. The only thing different is they're not winning now. Rich Brooks got time because he took over a team that was terrible after the probation years. Joker took over a team that went to 4 straight bowl games and won two of them.
There is one name that Kentucky fans are rallying around.
Just throwing out some candidates that are either due for a better job or out of a job currently:
Rich Rod
Mike Bellotti
Mike Leach
Kevin Sumlin
Brent Venables
Bud Foster
Paul Rhodes
Chris Petersen
I may end up being completely wrong about this but I think unless a absolute can't pass up job comes his way that Venables is happy as OU's DC and will be here until Stoops retires and then take over as HC

If I had to guess, Stoops has about 10-15 years of coaching left - he's only 51. Don't think anybody would wait that long.
And I'll be rooting for whichever team picks up the pirate, Mike Leach.
