Rain in Off-Line Franchise Glitch POST Patch

Downloaded the new patch and I heard it fixed the rain glitch where it rains every game in franchise mode. I play with the Giants, and every game has rain still. Anyone else with this problem? I'm on PS3

I'm on PS3 with Dolphins(team that used to rain every home game) and no rain since the patch.

Interesting, this occurs for me home or away games. Rains every time. I'm just going to delete all game data and redownload the patch and see it that works

Just played a complete season post patch, only had rain in three games. One home and two away. Played as the Patriots which was one of the teams that suffered from the rain glitch.

Fixed my problem, deleted all game data, redownloaded the patch, and finally no rain!

You didn't restart your franchise would be my guess. You have to use a new Franchise, or (in my case) a Franchise where you haven't even begun the Pre-Season (by not begun I mean, you haven't simulated/played any games). My in-progress Franchise mode didn't work, but my "Base" franchise that I saved after cutting all UDFAs and setting every team's priorities worked just fine.

Does anyone know if the patch has affected snow? I am starting a browns franchise now that the rain issue is fixed, I am just hoping they still have some snow games late in the year. Has anyone played through a whole season post patch?

I'm wondering if the problem is that Metlife (or the Jets and Giants themselves) having the rain issue didn't get noticed.

I have a fun Jets franchise going that I didn't want to give up. So since the patch I have still played it and just lived with the rain issue (figuring a prepatch franchise may not get fixed). Out of curiosity I started a Giants franchise to see if it was different. Low and behold most of the games I checked out had that same prepatch downpour in 3 of the 4 games i checked in on in supersim.

Before I go around deleting files I decided to check another team, so I checked out the Browns (who I do remember having an issue I think) and the 3 home games i checked on where all sunny skies...

Any other Giant or Jet franchiser seeing the same thing?

Yea I think after the patch rain is still an issue with the pats, jets, n giants from what I've seen so far.

Have a jets franchise and first 2 home games no rain, 3rd game had rain. Seems fixed to me since every home game had rain before.

There is no rain logic. Week 1 Pittsburgh @ Baltimore 1PM 72 and rain.... Week 1 NYG @ Washington 1PM 87 and sunny. It appears we are stuck with it. Maybe a dome will spring a leak.
