Ok been playing all day today with these. Ive been using the timing hitting even though I have been a zone guy and had good luck.
I noticed that my first 4-5 games that I am not getting any extra base hits. No double, triples etc.. When I do hit the ball hard, its always a fly ball deep out, or week grounder. If I get a hit, its barely through the infield. Cant string two -three hits together to get anything going. I cant tell you how many times I get a good hit up the middel, then double play to the short stop. i understand that this happens. Im noticing also that the pitchers on all star basically never throw a stike. I understand this happens also, but no mlb pitcher throws ball after ball and walks everyone. The one thing I notice with timing hitting, you have to be perfect with the timing of your swing. When I finally do get a ball that I can handle, I jump on it, just for it to be popped up in foul territory or lazy grounder.
