Ravens, 49ers, and Pit have the best Defenses in the game. Jaguars also have a nice def.

Steeler defense is sooo tough. Harrison, Woodly and Timmons.

It doesn't matter the play call, they shut down my spread option run game, and i light up most defenses.

Denver is pretty good in this game as well on defense.

Houston has to be one of the best.
They have a really good shut down corner, A really fast Saftey, An amazing front 7, not really more you can ask for.

49ers. They also seem to get a lot of good breaks on turnovers.

49ers, Pitt, and Carolina all have great Defenses especially at the LB position. But I really think the best is the Packers. Their BNR defense is insane and just in general how good they are overall makes playing against them frustrating.

it might just be me but the bills defense is really nice. leodis snatched 15 picks during the season for me.

According to lastest roster updates the steelers are the best with a 91 rating. Ravens 89, 49ers 88.

I like defensive playbooks can help a defensive. The bears playbook is the one i recommend
