Re: Just had my dunk blocked...
Hey Jason, I love your work with sliders and everything, I use your set myself, but you cant keep defending this issue or it will never be fixed by 2k man..
That play with the video, there should have been massive contact 100% of the the time with a foul. Prince got there in time and was far enough from under the rim. Now I understand if Wade took off first and Prince was too far under and he got dunked on, but he wasn't.
I'm not saying it should be blocked but there has to be some contact or something you can do to stop the dunk.. I know you are going to say sliders fix this, but we shouldn't have to sit here for hours on end trying to figure out which ones to tweak... (A lot of it was you so thanks)
Plus, what kind of game allows these type of plays where there is no contact and the dunk just goes through everyone? I believe it was the "other game". And we all know what happened to that when they took away canimations and replace with RTP.
I left the other game for a more realistic experience and got sick of hearing rubbish from "their" fans on their forums saying it was alright for this and that to happen. They didn't want to call EA out on it and look at their game now.
All I'm saying is if we want a better more realistic game with contact on plays like that, we have to give feedback man... I know sliders will fix this, but why wasn't it fixed before release. Defensive position is a key element in basketball defense. A dunk over rides any of it, how is that realistic.
By the way love your sliders, it saved the game for me.. But still not enough contact down low.
