Nem I put some of these within Knight's franchise post as they relate to that also but here you go:

- Have the umpires clothing received a tweak? ie. in cold weather do they still wear t-shirts when really they should be wearing jackets etc

- Has the in-game ticker been improved for franchise stats? ie. last year it had 2 decimal placings to cater for the ERA which made other stats look funny...ie. 12.00 RBIs

- Have the team introductions been changed from last year? ie. do the commentators run through the lineups etc?

- How is the "new" commentary generally?

- Are there any differences from the last few years and how does Steve Lyons fit in?

- Is there much interaction between the commentators (ie NBA 2k) or is it similar to previous iterations?

- Is there any information on upcoming games? ie. similar to NBA 2K which gives details of team's schedules etc

- Is there any discussion or more and improved screen displays for league leaders, standings, upcoming games etc? (Franchise)

Has the opening cutscene for the intro of games been changed?

Are there any new additions to "Sounds of the Show"?

When an inning is done and a home run replay(from that inning) is shown, will the commentators/music be cut off the second the replay shows the ball hitting the stands(or wherever it was the ball it for a home run)? That's something that happened all the time in MLB12.


And I'm hoping this counts as a graphics question....Has the Rogers Centre been changed at all from MLB12(such as dark blue seats behind the dugout instead of grey like in MLB12, diff field color than MLB 12,and the blue walls in the stadium been changed to correct color?)

By correct color(regarding the walls), I mean:

In the celebration request thread (I can't seem to find it, anymore) I mentioned that Tulowitzki and Carlos Gonzalez (Rockies) give each other a bear hug after one of them hits a homerun, and the other was on base.

I just wanted to add that this also happens when one hits a homerun, and the other was in the on-deck circle. Hopefully, it's not too late to get that in.

Are they sticking with the "MLB on the Show" Presentation as we have feared or are they changing to a more 'realistic' broadcast package like we asked for?

-Did they fix the bug, especially in RTTS, where the game doesn't tell you the distance of home runs in the replay after rounding the bases? A good alternative addition to this would be having either/or the box score and game log have the distance of each home run in parenthesis.

-When getting out in RTTS or causing the last out of the inning in Franchise, will we be able to press L3 to see the swing analysis when the next screen comes up?

-Will we be able to assign playlists to categories in Sounds of the Show? Like in NHL 12, instead of hearing a specific song every time a situation arises, the game would randomly pick a song from the playlist you assigned to that situation.

Sure, when the games are introduced on their 'virtual network' as being baseball on MLB The Show or just The Show it sounds odd, forced and completely at odds with the authentic just as you see and hear on TV presentation that is being mentioned as a goal by the dev. A simple search of these forums would bring up numerous posts over the years in which changes to the presentation have been requested. The most obvious being using MLB Network presentation elements for the game but failing that, MLB.Com and MLB.TV is splashed across everywhere else in the game, why not add that? Heck even if you can't be bothered to do that just make up something like the SCEA network or Sony Sports network. It sounds and looks a heckuva lot better then The Show, especially on the score bug with the obtrusive The Show logo screaming out THIS IS A VIDEOGAME. The Devs once pointed out that they didn't want to do that as they wanted to make sure people knew they were playing The Show. One of the lamest excuses I've heard this otherwise excellent Dev team give out.

SOUND QUESTIONS

- Can they or have they added more import sound slots for In Game Cues? I create and use sound packs and you can only get aprox 12-15 teams worth of sounds into the current game and that is based on for the most part 25 players per team plus in between inning music and other "celebration" music. If they can't do that can they add more start points to the edit option so we can maybe put 5 songs per file?

- Will we be able to add starting pitchers warm up music similar to relief pitchers?

- Can they go back to longer in between innings breaks for longer music sounds - it was cut back in this year's game

- Can they get rid of Eric Karros and his "I think that's the first ball they've taken all game"? It's a video game - not everyone wants to take walks in a video game and tend to be more aggressive - that one comment drives me up the wall!

1. Please ask Sony to add the "Pitch Count" to the top scorebug or anywhere else on screen during gameplay so you don't need to press the select button anymore to see it.

2. Please ask Sony to add a cool looking popup overlay with Home Run info like "2 Run Home Run Andrew McCutchen 9th This Season" when a batter hits a Home Run and is rounding the bases or crossing Home Plate. I just would like the camera to be focosd on the batter when this Home Run stat overlay pops up. Like how it's done on a lot of real TV Broadcasts.

3. Is there a new PA announcer or is it the same voice that's been in the game like for ever? Also did they happen to add a womens voice for the PA announcer at At&t Park?

4. Can you ask Sony to add the National Anthem before the start of every game?

5. Did the end of game winning celebrations change or improve at all? Or are they still basically the same? I am talking about for Regular Season, Playoffs, World Series, No Hitters and Perfect Game celebrations. Would be great if Sony cut all the old ones and re did all of them.

6. Can you ask Sony to add a Pre game and Post game highlight show? been added? Like how NBA2K13 does it where they go over the stats and show previews of upcoming games for the week?

7. Before the game begins do we get any kind of flyovers for the stadiums showing the fans walking though the gates or buying food?

8. Are the starting lineups Presented in a different new exciting way? Do the announcers go though the lineup and talk about key players?

9. Are there more stat overlays shown during gameplay then in MLB 12 The Show?

10. For post season "Presentation" games does the top scorebug have info like "NLCS Game 3" Or any other kind series info like maybe "SF Leads 2-1" displayed?

11. Has the "in game" ticker been improved in anyway as far as looks or more stats shown?

12. Do you think the general sound in the stadiums like fans cheering and organ music been improved a lot? Or is it about the as in MLB 12 The Show?

13. Can you please let Sony know how much we would like Boy Girls/Ball Boys and Bat Boys in realtime on the field during gameplay?

14. Do umpires wear jackets for games played in Rain and or Cold weather? Like post season games in the northeast or games played early in the year?

15. Was there another major update to the lighting engine?

16. Was the grass and or Dirt updated in anyway?
Like maybe improved color or 3D perhaps?

17. Any new weather elements like Snowflakes in colder citys?

18. Can fans in the stands now catch foul balls?
Also do they still fall on the field when trying to pick up a foul balls so much? I think this needs to be but down or removed. Also do fans hold "Signs" of any kind like "Lets Go Blue Jays"

19. Can you ask Sony to bring back the Presentation where you see the catcher throw back the ball to the pitcher after every pitch more often in the default behind the catcher views?

This was changed in MLB 12 The Show where now the camera switches to the pitcher before you can see the catcher throw the ball back. I don't need to see it every single time but would like to see it much more then you currently do which like never lol.

20. Overall do you think the "Presentation look, sound and feel" look a lot more like a real Baseball TV brodcast? Like in a ESPN,TBS, Fox Baseball kind of way?
