Im not sure what an "offline link" is, but he rosters are not complete yet.

not if you got it the last couple of weeks. I got my nephew one from Target brand new and it says mlb13 when you enter the online code. Contact sony and they know about the problem but no solution yet.

Same issue here,contacted Sony numerous times with no solution. Hopefully someone will post the updated rosters eventually on the forums.
