I understand what you're saying. However, those don't help create breakout players though. Those just help starters continue getting better (except for the offseason training obviously). I'm doing this so maybe a 3rd string LT becomes a starter the next year, out of nowhere, like what happens sometimes in real life. Or a RB who wasn't that great last year will have a great year the next year. Only 5 and possibly up to 10, of the guys are on good teams anyway. Like I said, I understand what you're saying, but I don't think it'll be a huge deal. Only time will tell.
