Bottom line going into the Week 7 game vs the Giants Fred Davis was the teams leading receiver. That is a fact and can't be disputed. Also a fact, that of the 6 full games that Davis played in, he was the teams leading receiver yardage wise in 3 of the 6. Lastly, if you actually looks at his production in weeks 3-6 (his last 4 games of the 2012 season) he started to develop a connection with Griffin as he had 18 receptions for 260 yards on 20 targets.

You can say he is a "bum" and all, but He was actually the leading receiver prior to his injuries and his numbers were getting better with each passing week as his rookie QB became more comfortable with the offense. That said to each their own.
