I have a very, very bad feeling about Cal. That type of wacky offense could pull off an upset.

Is it a coincidence there are 4 B1G/Pac 12 games this week, or was that planned?

Credit to Tennessee for being an SEC team that regularly makes trips out to the Pac. They've done Cal, UCLA, and now Oregon in the past decade.

Texas Tech gets the Horny Toads on the Network Thursday night. Might get to go as a fan, might get to go for my job.

I'm absolutely tuning in to watch TCU VS Texas Tech. Rapidly gaining interest in coach kingsburry and the walk on QB Baker Mayfield.

I think we have split the series in all of those as well................maybe we can somehow continue it and get a win against Oregon this weekend.

I'm afraid it's going to get ugly in Eugene. Can't see our defense keeping up with the Ducks' offense.

Even if our 1 deeps could win battles, we lack any depth at all and it will be obvious

As a Longhorns fan, it saddens me to say that I'm most looking forward to an Aggie game. With that said, if Texas A&M is going to stand a chance this weekend, the defense has to play better than the defense that has given up 59 total points to Rice and Sam Houston State.

They will play better. They've got 3 starters returning.

I think depth will be the difference. Right now the Oregon defense is as deep as it's ever been minus the LB spot—which isn't thin per se just inexperienced. The offense obviously has a ton of talent as well. If they can score early it will be difficult for Tennessee to tilt the playing field.

I don't expect it to be ugly like some do because the Ducks are not yet at that point where everything is functioning like a well-oiled machine. So far elite playmakers and some good offensive playcalling are getting it done, but the offense as a whole hasn't totally gelled to the point where we see that unstoppable Oregon tempo. Mariota has also been a bit off throwing the ball. I'm glad the Ducks played UVA last week so they at least went up against some big bodies.

I hope it's a good an injury free game, and damn you ABC for scheduling this the same time as A&M 'Bama.
