Technical due to foul language
They need to adds.n option to turn this off. If it actually worked I'd be fine with it, but I can scream F bombs at the top of my lungs and get nothing, but then I'll just be talking to someone in the room, without using any curse words, and get a T. Anyone else have this happening? It happens almost once perfect amd, it's ridiculous. I want all the other voice commands, just not this one since it's broken.

Re: Technical due to foul language
Same problem here. The voice commands in this game are awful.
I'll scream curse words at it to try and get it to T me up and it won't. Then one time I said, "How do you miss that?" And got a T for swearing.
I also constantly get a "Voice Command Not Recognized" alert in the top right if I am talking to somebody else during the game. Or it'll say "Quick Iso" or something when I clearly said nothing even CLOSE to that. And then when I try and say "Quick Iso" it doesn't recognize it.Comment

Re: Technical due to foul language
The command for that isn't 'quick ISO' it's either '*position* isolation' example 'point guard isolation' or 'clear out', which is way better and easier. Works a tret for me.Same problem here. The voice commands in this game are awful.

I only manage to get clear out, pass the ball, shoot it, man to man, zone 2-3 to work, nothing else.
I get called for foul language once a game on average, and you wouldn't believe how calmly I talk. Never ever swear. It's a bit odd.

Re: Technical due to foul language
I'm well aware of that option, but like I said I'd prefer to keep the voice commands on, just not have to worry about the foul language crap

So now a pretty cool feature is getting complaints?

Re: Technical due to foul language
We are complaining about it not working properly. My dog barked earlier and I got a T. Pretty cool feature right? I'm just saying it would be nice to have the option to turn just the techs off but keep all other voice commands. One of the cool things about next gen is the Kinect integration, but I don't want to sacrifice being able to talk while I play a video game just to use it.
If it only called a T when you said something like "F*** you ref" that would be awesome. But NBA players don't get a T for saying "S**t" when they miss an open jumper. They also don't get a T when their girlfriend drops a pan in the kitchen (although the girlfriend probably deserves one for interrupting the game, but that's a different story).

Re: Technical due to foul language
I get T'd up all the time for saying "bull****" when I'm referring to an opposing team member magically getting a rebound over my player, or 2 players fumbling a simple short pass out of bounds. After fouls maybe it should apply. Shouldn't apply anywhere else.Comment
