LOL. I wont get slideritis. The only reason I tried 70 was because I'd seen a few people tell me that was working. It was good I tried out 70 because I realized that my current RB is probably too low.

90/91 wont affect that but it will affect how often the backup comes in. So instead of 4-6 carries before the backup comes in, it will be 2-4 carries.

The only way to get what you are asking for is to increase the difference between the number out and back in.
