After going back to read over the initial descriptions of the QB traits in M12, it seems to me the issue maybe that they weren't tweaked or balanced to account for the increased pressure, due to pass rush changes and the QB pass progression AI in M15. What I mean is "Ideal" was implemented in M12 based on the pass rush and OB AI for that years game but with them claiming that pass rush is more realistically timed in M15, along with a new QB pass progression AI, it begs to reason that the QB traits effected needed to be adjusted accordingly.
The OP mentioned "Trigger Happy" resulting in Dalton playing like Breeze, when I believe in M12, that trait would have allowed a QB to get the throw away BUT make bad reads, ie throwing into coverage, throwing before the receiver was ready for the pass, etc. So maybe that trait, combined with the new QB pass progression AI is allowing a "Trigger Happy" QB to get rid of the ball the moment they sense pressure, while also making good reads.
All that said, I have no idea what's the best fix for that but it's likely not to just switch the labeling of QB traits, that would just be a bandaid. They probably need to recode/reprogram those traits to jive with the other additions but who knows how much work that would entail.

But, the thing is when I play Dalton he makes good reads and if no one is open he actually throws the ball away. The most I have personally been able to sack him is twice in one game. The most my team has sacked him was 4 times. I have sacked Brees 11 times because when pressured he just freezes up. He stands there bouncing up and down like he is looking for a receiver but he never throws. This sounds just like the original description of Oblivious to me.
