If Towles plays like he did against Mississippi State I think Kentucky has a good chance of becoming bowl eligible Saturday. Need the offensive line and linebackers to play much better though. Special teams too, that has been a disaster the last 2 weeks.

I hope not, I'm not a Pitt fan but with season tickets I sacrifice too much on Saturday's to see that crap they laid out there last weekend.

              Re: Week 10 Discussion

I am a bit irritated TCU/WVU is not on Saturday night since I would actually have been able to watch the game live then (as it is, I would have to wait until the game is over after work and then watch the replay). That being said, WVU hasn't won a Saturday night game in Morgantown in forever, so maybe it's a good thing.

Going back from this year's Oklahoma game we have:

              2014:
              Oklahoma L 45-33
              2013:
              Texas L 47-40 (OT)
              2012:
              Oklahoma L 50-49
              Kansas State L 55-14
2011: (Did beat Pittsburgh 21-20 on a Friday night, though)
              LSU L 47-21
              2010:
              None
2009: (Did beat Pittsburgh 19-16 on a Friday night, though)
              None
              2008:
              South Florida W 13-7
              Cincinnati L 26-23 (OT)

So, I guess December 6th, 2008 was the last time WVU won a Saturday night game. Note that there were a couple Thursday night game wins in there, though.

I actually think it bodes well for Ole Miss that they lost to LSU…I was expecting Auburn to beat them, but now I have a feeling Ole Miss will be angry and motivated. Should be a great game either way.

Miami is doing a weird greenout. Also, it'll be a test to see if the defense and staff have really turned the corner this week. UNC's defense is awful and Miami should have ease moving the ball. If they can stop the offense and outplay them like they did VT, then I have restored faith in the program moving in the right direction.

Yeah, I think OM takes Auburn this weekend. All depends on Bo and I guess the overall attitude of the team and whether they get hungry after a tough loss or fold up like a cheap tent for the season.

I think Spurrier and SC get revenge for last year. They played really well last week and I'm still not sure about our QB situation.

Louisville gets the 'Noles in Papa John's Cardinal Stadium this Thursday night. I am soooo excited and pumped for this game.

I don't know what we'll do (only a 4.5pt underdog which surprised me a bit), but I can't help but think we have a chance to pull the upset.

Parker back in the lineup and Dyer has been named starting Tailback for the game. I don't care what anyone thinks, Parker on the field changes UofL's offense for the good.
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

                          Re: Week 10 Discussion

I was extremely nervous about the Miss. State game, but I think we go into Oxford and win this weekend, which in turn makes me sort of nervous again.

Treadwell will probably have 100+ receiving. Big receivers are giving our secondary fits right now, but we keep finding a way to force turnovers in key situations.

Should be a good game and I would definitely expect a lot to pick Ole Miss, especially at home.. I think that Miss. State loss might have had an LSU-type effect on our team similar to last year. Our players have a lot to be motivated about as well and barring another first quarter collapse on the road, I don't see Ole Miss consistently stopping our offense. Too much Malzahn, too many weapons..

I hope I'm right. This isn't my childhood Ole Miss anymore. You have to bring your A game. They are a legitimate SEC team right now, even with the loss to LSU last week. No one is overlooking them.

I watched this game last year on Daytona Beach. I'll probably be floating around the Pacific and have to listen to it this weekend. Hopefully we stay close enough for decent cell service.

Denzel Nkemdiche is out for the season and Robert was sideline for most of the game and a non-factor when he was in. Word in Oxford is Robert is day-to-day along with Prewitt. Without all three on the field, LSU utterly imposed their will on them. If either little Nkemdiche or Prewitt is out, Ole Miss is going to have a looooong day.
