Unfortunately I did skip NBA2k15. I truly did. Yep, my signature still says I'm playing NBA2k14. I am patiently waiting for the NBA2k16 presentation blog. We'll see how that goes, but as it stands right this very minute, I am 99% leaning towards buying NBA2k16.

I loved what I saw of the NBA2k15 pregame show. I'm hoping they'd expand that portion as well.

Proper player models are very important in bringing realism to the virtual sports world. NBA2k16 seems to have stepped their game up in this department. Some work could still be done to improved the models. As it stands right now, I'm in on NBA2k16.

Does anyone agree that 2k needs to just turn down the saturation on skin tones to make it look more real?

I can see how people would rock with this, but I can't get behind the design of this game.

They advertise body scans but everyone still looks like linebackers to me with weird *** proportions. Feet and hands are ginormous and it looks like everyone took a bath in baby oil before stepping out on the court.

FWIW, Davis looked better in 2k15 than he does here.

Still waiting to get my hands on gameplay but from the looks of the video, it still appears clunky and methodical. And that Harden jumpshot was UGLY.

Was this another Momentus production? NBA 2K always delivers with its trailers.

Still having a blast with 2K15, but will be more than ready to switch over to 2K16 when it drops.

What is it going to take to please you ? They did body scans, and the players look great this year, feet and hands seem fine, and like I said, the players look great. Either you're blind to not see the HUGE improvements this year or just someone that wants every single detail to be perfect in your way. Geez, people these days can't appreciate how much work they put in for us this year.

I'll be addressing the body models on the Simnation Hangout this Friday. Body scanning doesn't solve everything. You still have to take artistic liberties to make sure that the players are represented in their ideal form. The contours of the body as well as the lighting have to be embellished to achieve the illusion of real life. There are many other reasons I could get into, but for the sake of this forum I'll leave it at that.

If he is, I'm afraid 2K can has him in the 2K16

Not 100% on this, but I THINK he WAS ESPN for a while, coached Sixers and since he's been back in broadcasting, it's TNT now...... I am not 100% confident if I'm right though.....

Might have been the other way around......

Graphics look good, animations look sweet but it's a trailer...2k trailers are always hype.

Honestly I'm just happy they have Curry's floater and hopefully they don't screw up his shot for the 6th year in a row.
