When they talk about defensive strategy they say the players will match up to the personnel on the floor and use the example of Klay guarding Lebron.

However, it appears that when Iguodala is on the floor he is not guarding Lebron.. Shouldnt Iggy be guarding Lebron whenever he is on the floor?

Not necessarily, they've also mentioned that some coaches will throw multiple people at stars like LeBron. That must have been one of those instances.

CPU offense from the Cavs was sort of disappointing in the half court. Not enough touches for LeBron, which was the same case as the other Cavs gameplay video. Also some random like pull up jump shots with a guy right in their face, just not shots you'd see IRL really. That LeBron jumper on the fastbreak was really ugly also.

Don't get me wrong I'm super stoked for the game, pre-ordered it etc..... but I think some of ya'll, in your excitement kind of are wearing rose colored glasses a bit..... but hopefully with some slider adjustments it will be awesome, which I'm sure will be the case.

You can feel the emotion this year.

My premature wishlist for 2k17 would be for multiple teammate celebrations (i.e. chest bumps, high fives, handshakes, fist pumps, etc), either automatically like how it is or give the user the option to trigger it when the player moves close to his other teammates. Might even add in interactions with fans as you move your player closer to the crowd. Premature wishlist for 2k17.

Rob is a great guy!
The interview was awesome and Rob was so honest.
Hopefully the servers will hold up this year for Europe as well. Bcs even after the first Strike last year the problems for European Servers have kept all year long..

Rob is a great guy!
The interview was awesome and Rob was so honest.
Hopefully the servers will hold up this year for Europe as well. Bcs even after the first Strike last year the problems for European Servers have kept all year long..

I've always respected the hell out of Rob, dude is straight class. I always look forward to seeing what he's saying not only about the new versions, but also on where they've came from in years past, and how they've handled some of the changes. This one didn't disappoint.

One thing I didn't like was Curry seeming to try to get the crowd involved when he hit the and 1 layup in overtime, but it was a 9 point lead with only 22 seconds left, and right after that they subbed all the starters out lol. Now if that same celebration happened on an and one to take the lead then it would have been perfect


Never was a fan of players over celebrating in the wrong situations like being down by a lot of points but celebrating like a game winning shot was just made.

Been a problem since the ps1 for all sports games! The crowd reaction still going nuts near the end of the game (of a blow out no less) and the emotion still not making sense with the situation! Happens on football too! Yeah this needs addressed for current gen. Players need to be not as active near the end of the game especially if its a blow out. I would love a "momentum modifier" Where you can put it down on a lower level near the end of the end of the game especially during a blow out. Along the lines of tempo I guess, more but more involving with what you see on screen.

You are right I kind of wish they had a celebration button so we could choose when a player celebrates, but 2k already does a good job at putting all the buttons on the controller to use so it might be to far fetched.
