Probably the cheesiest intro I've ever seen in a ball game.
Feels way different than last year, control wise. Of course I'm used to 15's controls now but it still felt kind of jerky to me. The animations just don't seem as fluid to me this year. Only played one game though so I can't really render any kind of final judgement.
Performance wise it's fine. Playing on max settings @1440p. Pretty much stayed at the 100FPS cap from what I noticed. I'll check again in a bit to be sure and see how much it dips during cut-scenes.
Anyone had success entering their pre-order codes? Keeps coming back as invalid for me and I've tried entering it in a number of different way.Last edited by trobinson97; 09-25-2015, 01:19 AM.PS: You guys are great.

Only played first 30 min of My Career. Gameplay is SO much better. I'm actually enjoying playing offense for first time in years where it's more than just turbo blow by. Overall much cleaner game. My only complaint so far is audio is all over place volume wise during College recruiting.Comment

Smh, already a problem with replays. Just did a quarter and when they show you the highlights it became all stuttery.
I have SLI GTX970, i7 4790K, 16GB ram playing on Acer Gsync 27" monitor I shouldn't have any problems running this. Why do they always mess up something?
Going to try to put the game to run at 120Hz instead of 144Hz to see if it fixes it.Comment

Game looks insanely beautiful. The post play and the paint is really physical. The AI is no joke. Even on Pro the Timberwolves torched me when I was using the Lakers. The pre-game, halftime and post game show is the best in any sports game out now currently period and it isn't even close. The between quarters clips of a player sitting down talking is cool, very cool. Hearing the ref, players and coaches talk is insane.Comment

Anyone had the commentary cut out in the middle of a game? I was letting a CPU game run and there was definitely PBP audio at the start, but about 4 minutes in it completely cut out. All the other sounds are still good - crowd, on-court, PA etc. But no commentators.
Game is running a little choppier for me than last year given the same settings, and one of them might be a little messed up. I noticed SuperSampling reverts to 1 if I try to change it to 0 in-game, although it shows up as being turned off in the configuration file (which is located in the same spot as last year). Nothing wrecked performance in 2k15 for me worse than trying to turn Supersampling on.
I'm getting anywhere from 50-60 FPS during gameplay, and unfortunately it's noticeable when it fluctuates. 30 FPS in cutscenes because I have dynamic VSYNC turned on.Comment

I'm also getting frame rate drops that are making game slightly jerky. I have a 4 gig 970 FTW edition and a 4th Gen i7... no way in hell I should be be struggling to run this game on high. It's getting as low as like 40-45 fps, but mostly around 50-55. Last year NEVER dipped below 60.Comment

I am 100 percent satisfied right now with the quality technically and gameplay wise with this game. It runs pretty smooth on my mid level system, a feet never achieved by 2k15. The feel is completely different and pleasing. The players look alive and the off ball cpu movement is great.
Loving it so far.
