    ThatMichiganFan's NBA 2K16 All-Star Sim Sliders

    ThatMichiganFan's AllStar Simulation Sliders
    Update: 12/26

Thank you guys for making NBA 2K16 great! I started this thread because there was no other sliders made yet, and I wanted to try making my own. I am amazed that it is the most popular slider set for 2K16! I could not have done it without all of your great feedback, advice, and testing!

My goal is to make the game provide close to realistic gameplay and stats, while providing a challenge each and every game. I usually play as the Pistons (Deeeeeetroit Basketball), but I want to make it so I can beat everyone if I am using Golden State, or so that I lose every game if I am the 76ers.

I have never made my own slider set before, but I have helped test sliders for Shady Mike (R.I.P.) and several other slider gurus. I have decided to try and make my own slider set this year, so... Here goes nothing.

Shady Mike has been banned, not sure why. Idk if he will come back. His sliders were the best.

Yes 12 min quarters. They should play fine on any quarter length, but I am testing on AS 12 min.

Things I am still working on:
            • Foul sliders- likely to raise CPU and lower User
            • Lateral Quickness vs Quickness- trying to make the CPU less sticky and add explosiveness to the ball handler, while keeping the CPU defense tough
            • Offensive Rebounds- this includes making the CPU reset and pass out after offensive rebounds
            • Organic Turnovers- Probably impossible, but we'll see what I can do

              Hey,

I just played a game using your sliders on Superstar with Game speed at 47(12min). I really enjoyed the sliders. I was using the Raptors and beat the Warriors in a close game. I uploaded images of the Boxscore.

Here's my first game with your sliders. Looks good I think? Defensive Rebounds might be a little high and offensive a little low but it's not a huge deal i don't think. How does everything else look?

Hey try these quickness and speed sliders:

                  Acceleration: CPU: 65 User: 75

                  Speed: CPU: 60 User: 65

Lateral Quickness: CPU: 40 User: 60

Got these from a guy on here named blingballa333. They seem to work pretty well. makes good defenders stand out without being overpowering. It also makes guys like john wall and russ stand out more. Especially on the break.

Those stats look great! I haven't touched game speed much yet, do you think it makes a big difference between 50 and 47?

Had my first game with these sliders in MyGM (Lakers vs Twolves, I'm lakers), really enjoyed it, but I think you might wanna up the cpu shooting, as well as tune the blocks, I had 11 and the cpu had 2. Other than that, great match! Kobe was struggling to get his rhythm, and robert sacre took his place scoring 16 and getting the player of the game.

The reason i tried 47 was because i found i could always do Pick and Roll Dunks with my PF/C. I thought slowing down the game might help that, which it did. But I'm not 100% sure if that's because of the game speed or your sliders.(I only played one game with your sliders and 47 game speed)

I'll try again with Gamespeed at 47 and 50 to see if there's a huge difference. I'll keep posting some box scores when i have the chance to play.

Other than that, great match! Kobe was struggling to get his rhythm, and robert sacre took his place scoring 16 and getting the player of the game.
Did the CPU shoot too high or too low? I have had the CPU shoot as high as 52% and as low as 39%. Blocks definitely need a bit of work. Blocks feel really good, and they always feel earned, but they are a bit too easy to earn. CPU blocks will probably be upped a bit to make rim protectors more dangerous.

But I'm not 100% sure if that's because of the game speed or your sliders.(I only played one game with your sliders and 47 game speed)

I'll try again with Gamespeed at 47 and 50 to see if there's a huge difference. I'll keep posting some box scores when i have the chance to play.
I haven't had a problem with P&R dunks (although I typically use the Pistons and it is easy to score on the P&R with Drummond). If I have time tonight, I will try to experiment with game speed and see what I can find out.

the cpu shot too low, i think it was 31% or something like that, but i just put the cpu with the same shooting sliders as the user, except 3pt, which I had one less the user.
Worked pretty well, cpu shot 42% and I had 52%, I also upped the blocks for cpu to 60, as well as dropping user to 35, didn't seem to help though
