Made a few changes and I updated the OP. Mainly, I tried out blingballa333's speed, acceleration, and lat. quickness sliders, and they made the game play great. I could get past poor defenders like DJ Augustine fairly easily, but it was still impossible to break down Tony Allen 1-on-1. I also raised CPU shooting by 1 to each range. User blocking was lowered as well. Offensive rebounding was boosted a lot, and defensive rebounds were lowered a bit. Hopefully, this will give around 9-13 offensive rebounds per game.
Game speed, I will keep at 50, but I did not feel that much of a difference. I you prefer to play on a different game speed, it should not have a major effect on the sliders.
Also, FTs felt a bit easy, so I raised FT Difficulty to 55.
