I use this defense occasionally when the cpu comes out in heavy formations or 2 Rb, 2 Wr sets.

I usually shift the defense to whatever side seems unbalanced and user the SS.

I like it, but everything I've read about it seems to say it went out of favor when NFL teams went pass heavy. For that reason, I never run it against 3-4 WR sets.

I've also thought about running this all the time, but don't trust it enough. I'd love hearing about your exploits though.
