People's incessant complaining, causing them to unnecessarily nerf draft classes, making the running game unnecessarily harder, and constantly screwing with the deep passing game ever since madden 16, is dictating my playing experience. Especially now considering the fact that I have the digital version, and I can't even delete the patch, Because the digital versions game data comes pre-updated to the current version which means even if I delete it and reinstall it, I'm forced to play with the patch.
I'm just getting tired of people's incessant complaining about "realism" in a video game, a work of fiction.
The fact of the matter is this game isn't exactly like NBA 2k's my league, and while franchise mode is obviously better than it has been in a few years, there is still not a whole lot of user control outside of the typical gameplay sliders, and now being able to freely edit players.
If Madden's developers are going to do things like this then they need to either stop forcing people to play with the patches if you have the digital version, and you know just in general, and add more sliders so that the user can have more control, that way if people don't want to play with unnecessarily nerfed draft classes, they don't have to, and they need to make the gameplay sliders work better, because if the sliders and ratings matter, then I shouldn't have a hard time running the ball, with my 99 overall HB, with mid to upper 90s individual ratings across the board, period.
