    OSFM 1.5 w/ Default Contracts

I've uploaded the roster that I use for franchise into the vault. These are using OSFM v1.5 so all credit goes to them.

Edit 6/3 - Updated version is in the vault. .

    Title: OSFM DefaultContract 4.5
    PSN: GD353

    Roster includes:

    1) Edited all MLB contracts back to the SCEA default roster salaries with adjusted accurate years.
    2) Injury free 40 man rosters set for all teams.
    3) Imported SCEA added players through the 6/2 roster update - list can be found here: http://www.operationsports.com/forum...d-players.html
    4) SCEA ratings updates through 6/2- changes can be found here: http://daddyleagues.com/dd/17/attributes
    4) Updated most transactions through 6/2
    5) Position updates
    6) Updated minor league contracts
    7) Updated CPs for AAA and AA, each team has 3
    8) Full equipment updates based on Scott's spreadsheet
    9) Fixes for many players with incorrect stats and service times.
    10) Speed and Arm strength edits listed here: http://www.operationsports.com/forum...show-17-a.html

These are not for everyone but work great controlling one team and letting the CPU manage the rest. These also won't result in accurate opening day lineups but plays well within the franchise simulation, moral, and contract system.

Question for roster makers: what do you do about players with options?

When I edit the contract length, I kinda decide by likely-hood of it getting picked up or not. Examples: Sale and Quintana both have option years so I would add those years to the contract length in game since they are cheap and likely going to get picked up. A guy like James Shields has an option year on his deal but is old and is due to get paid like $23 mill around so I wouldn't add that.

Roughly how many contracts needed adjusted back to default? I ask because I've made so many edits to my own personal roster and would hate to have to redo all that work.

Has anyone done enough simming with this years game to get a read on default vs. realistic contracts and which one plays out better?

There were a lot of adjustments, maybe 80-90% of the MLB contacts were changed back.

They don't need to be adjusted, just a personal preference. Franchise, especially the moral seems to play out better without the real contracts.

Hybrid rosters will be fine on salaries. I asked them about it today.

Thanks a ton! This is exactly the version of OSFM that I want to use for my franchise base. Much appreciated!
