    September 6th, 2014 - Week 2

SWARM DEFENSE IMPLODES, GIVES UP 45 POINTS TO AKRON

Left to right: WR Hollis and HB Wright drop surefire scores

Drops plague Swarm, with WR Hollis and HB Wright dropping touchdowns on key 3rd quarter drive -- Offensive line manhandled, Chandler running from pressure all day -- Defense allows 347 passing yards

Akron, OH -- Westlake State kicked off their second season of football against future MAC foe Akron. The Swarm lost 45-27, in a game where their defense couldn't buy a stop, allowing 542 total yards and a whopping 26 first downs, only keeping the Zips off the board on one drive, when HB Mike Morgan fumbled. Morgan would leave the game with a concussion, finishing with 35 yards and a score on 6 carries.

The Swarm secondary, thought to be the strength of their defense, looked lost. Chaz Montgomery got torched, allowing WR Alan Wolf to catch 2 of his 3 touchdowns on him, highlighted by a play where Zips QB Tommy Woodson lobbed a ball into the endzone, and it went right through Montgomery's hands, into Wolf's, for a score that put Akron up by 3 scores.

Chaz Montgomery whiffs on an easy pick

QB Ayo Chandler passed for just 136 yards, completing 13 of 25 passes, with 2 picks. He was pressured all day, rolling out on almost every pass, and being sacked 3 times. He ran for a net 16 yards on the day, with 1 score. He almost brought his team to within 2 scores late in the 3rd quarter, but on back to back plays, HB Brett Wright and WR Ronald Hollis dropped passes that would have been scores.

    Banks on Ayo Chandler:

I thought he was solid, honestly. You can't expect a guy to be under pressure on damn near every play and put up numbers. Seriously, there were maybe 3 plays in the entire game where he could just drop back and scan the field,
and 2 of those were great throws that were just dropped. Not on him.

Now our D, on the other hand...
NW Florida State transfer Ronald Hollis had a somewhat underwhelming game, only making 2 grabs for 21 yards, and dropping the aforementioned touchdown pass. However, he did showcase his athleticism, with an 83 yard touchdown run off a jet sweep. He did not return kicks, although he has gotten some reps there in practice.

Hollis burns everyone for an 83 yard rushing score

The Swarm go to Death Valley to face off against #1 Clemson (1-0) next week.

      Westlake State Football Staff Communications

      From: Head Scout Zach Favors

      To: Head Coach Davonnie Banks

      Cc: Recruiting

Hey boss, I'm wrapping up my scouting trip now, as we just took that tough loss to Clemson I thought I'd send you my findings early to give you something to look forward to. I've been scouting in Ohio and Michigan this past month and I found quite a few guys we should look at, not only this year but in future as well.

My favorite guy this year is 3 star ATH Matt Schneider. He's from East Detroit, MI, and he has an intriguing skillset. At 6'3, 171, he has 4.42 speed, and has suited up at QB and CB for his team this year. He's decent in coverage, better in man than zone, and with his size and length can cause problems for smaller receivers. As a QB, he's definitely a run first guy, he ran a lot of option and finished with over 200 yards on the ground in both games I saw. His arm is suspect. It's not very strong, and accuracy is shaky. But he's definitely more suited to run your preferred offense than anyone else we currently have. He'll need to bulk up for sure though.

I got an opportunity to speak to him, and he likes the thought of playing QB. Everybody else wants him at corner.

      Speed/Accel/Agility: 90/85/88 THP: 80 THA: 70 MCV:77 ZCV: 72 PRS: 76

      Projected Position: QB

Also in Michigan were 3 star T Joe Coley and 2 star DE Tyrone Bush, who went up against each other. Coley is massive. At 6'8, 295, he's the type of force we need. He's strong, but could definitely improve his conditioning. He's well rounded as a blocker, and has a nice burst that lets him get out and pull. CMU, WMU, and Kent State are all after this guy pretty hard, and we're late to the party, so it'll be tough to get him.

      Strength: 83 PBK/RBK/IMP: 73/75/79

Bush is a strange player. He's 5'11, 211. That size usually means running back. But Bush is an end. And he's slow and really isn't very strong.

But he was able to get a sack on Coley, and feasted on the backup when Coley took a breather, racking up 2 sacks and a tackle in 5 plays.

I studided the game film later, and I found he thrives off of his motor and smarts. He's technically sound, with a mean rip move, but the biggest thing is that he never stops playing.

      Speed/Accel: 66/83 Strength: 68 PMV: 77 FMV: 62

Ohio was where I found the bulk of the guys, but I'll only mention a couple here. Dayton HS had a pair of 3 star prospects that I like a lot: WR Spencer McGrew II and C Corey O'Neill. McGrew especially.

McGrew is criminally underrated in my opinion. I think he'll be really good by the time he's a junior. At 6'2, 185, he has 4.44 speed, can jump, and has solid hands. He's a jack of all trades. Not an amazing athlete, but he works hard and I got the sense he has his head on straight from talking with him. He seems to really like what we offer, as far as playing time, and you being an former star QB gives you a little prestige with a lot of these guys.

      Speed/Accel/AGI: 89/87/77 CTH: 70 RTE: 76 CIT: 72

O'Neill is more of the same. Solid player. I don't have much to say about him. He does his job well. He needs to bulk up though, at 6'6 he weighs just 283.

      PBK/RBK/IMP: 68/76/74 STR: 75 Accel: 91

Those are the guys I think we should be giving the most attention to, but there's a story I'll be keeping VERY close tabs on, as it's right here in Westlake.

Westlake Prep has a pair of brothers (with a 3rd coming in), the Karat boys, who were originally recruited to play basketball there, but have put the football team on the map. Deion, the eldest, graduates in 2016. Devante, the middle brother, graduates the year after. And DeSean, the youngest, is only an 8th grader, and will be going to Westlake Prep next year. I saw these guys while I was at my cousin's basketball game, and when I heard these guys played football, I had to check it out.

Deion is a cornerback. Says he can play wideout, running back, but he's a corner for sure. He's 6'3, 182, plays point guard for Westlake. But he's such a good football player. He's super athletic. His coach tells me he runs a 4.3 flat, and I believe it. Incredible instincts. He has a nose for the ball, and he can cover his *** off. Marcus Hackett (4*, 5'11, 180, 4.44 40, #38 WR) is probably going to the SEC next year, and Deion shut him down. Held him to 3 grabs. This kid is only 16 and has 2 and a half years of high school left. Now, I don't think he'll grow, get more athletic. But he'll get stronger and smarter for sure.

His downfall seems to be that he's insanely cocky. I talked to him and Devante, who I'll get to in a second, but within 30 seconds I could tell he was immature. I told him where I was from, he said "Sorry, WHO?" and started laughing and dapping up his boy. He then grabbed my phone and followed himself on Instagram. From that I found out he calls himself "24 Karat" and refers to himself in the 3rd person constantly. He's a character, but I think we need to recruit him now. He could change our program if we land him. He's currently unranked. Nobody knows about him yet.

Devante is the middle brother. He's currently 6'7, 210, and plays linebacker and tight end. Unlike Deion, he will grow. He'll fill out that frame, just like his brother, over the course of the next few years. His attitude is the polar opposite of Deion's. He stayed and talked to me after Deion hit the showers, and apologized for the disrespect, assured me that he and his brother were both thankful that they were getting noticed. He's very strong, already outmuscling varsity players. Great blocker, solid tackler.

I know next to nothing about DeSean. He was at the game, but left with his dad, Damien, before I could find him. I saw him on the sideline though, and I'd say he's about 5'8, probably weighs around 135 right now. He plays QB, Devante told me.

That was longer than I meant it to be. Imma be doing a lot of recruiting storylines like that one. Watch out for those brothers. They could stay in Westlake and join the Swarm in a few years.

Also, shoutout to Deegeezy and Guru, man. Geezy sent me all his recruit faces, and Guru helped me out a bit with how to make banners, graphics, all that, and I've been playing around with some stuff, and my presentation is only gonna get better.

And yeah, Clemson blew us out, no surprise there. I'll put up the recap probably tomorrow.

          Year 2, game 2

          September 13th, 2014

SWARM GIVE UP 45 POINTS AGAIN IN BLOWOUT TO CLEMSON

Left to right: Watson and Hollis leave everyone in the dust on long scores

411 total yards for Deshaun Watson -- Ronald Hollis reels in 6 balls for 128 yards -- Only 21 yards on 21 carries for the Swarm

Clemson, SC -- The now 0-2 Swarm went on the road this week, to face off against the top-ranked Clemson Tigers in Death Valley. The Tigers won 45-17, to move to 2-0 on the year.

The score doesn't show it, but this was a much improved effort from Westlake State. The Tigers came out taking the Swarm very lightly, and they responded by playing them tight in the first quarter, actually scoring the first points of the game on a Kirby Odom field goal, set up by a Pat Godfrey interception. Deshaun Watson would then lead his team down the field and complete a touchdown pass to WR Artavis Scott.

Pat Godfrey picks off a pass intended for Desmond Cain

The second quarter saw the Tigers defense get a stop, and then Watson needed just one play to score, a 66 yard keeper off the read option. The Tigers' next drive ended with a CJ Fuller touchdown run from 4 yards out.

The Swarm managed to score 10 points in the final 57 seconds of the 1st half, kicking a field goal, and then Godfrey made another big defensive play, forcing a fumble. After 2 incompletions, Ayo Chandler saw Ronald Hollis in one on one coverage, and just threw it up to him. Hollis would go 75 yards for a touchdown.

That score proved to be a wake up call for Clemson, as they would shut out the Swarm and tack on 21 points in the second half, all via rushing touchdowns from Watson, Fuller, and Wayne Gallman.

The Swarm offensive line looked horrendous for the second straight week. Ayo Chandler was only sacked 3 times, but was hit and hurried all day. The run game was atrocious, only managing 21 yards on 21 carries.

But Banks was proud of the way his team fought. He praised the toughness and perseverance of his players, and reiterated his confidence in Chandler.

I mean you can't blame him. [Chandler] Put anyone in the country in that position, against that team, and see how well they do. I have no plans on changing starters for now.

I'm proud of everyone, honestly. We played them pretty well. At the end of the day, they're Clemson. That team has like 10 dudes that are gonna be NFL players. I'll tell you this. If we played like that against Akron, especially how we played in the first half, we would've killed them. Blowout.
The Swarm will go to Norfolk to play Old Dominion (0-2) next week, a team that beat them 27-14 in the same stadium last year.

HOLLIS' INCONSISTENT HANDS SEAL SWARM'S FATE

Left to right: Hollis makes tough jumping grab, drops TD late in 4th quarter

Hollis and end O'Dell Heffner each set school records -- Swarm run game anemic once again

Norfolk, VA -- Westlake State fell to 0-3 on the year yesterday, as the Old Dominion Monarchs got the win, 38-31, in a game that WSU fans felt the Swarm should have taken.

The game started off great for Westlake, going up 3-0 after 1 quarter, thanks to some excellent defensive play, highlighted by DE O'Dell Heffner, who had a school-record 3 sacks in the game. They then opened the second quarter with a TD to WR Ben Reid, who would finish with 3 grabs for 41 yards and that score. But Old Dominion came back, scoring 10 straight points, courtesy of a rushing TD from senior back Ray Lawry, and a field goal. The Swarm drove back down the field, and a great jumping grab from Ronald Hollis set up a 12 yard score to Tristan Little.

But it all went downhill from there. The Monarchs received to start the second half and ran the ball down the Swarm's throats, with Lawry capping off the drive with another score, this time from 6 yards out to tie the game at 17. CB Chaz Montgomery would promptly pick off a Shuler Bentley pass, and take it to the house to give his team the lead back.

Chaz Montgomery would take this one to the house

But the Swarm just couldn't seem to stop the Monarchs run game, as they went right back down the field and punched it in again, this time with Josh Cox after Lawry went out with an undisclosed shoulder injury.
The offense started to struggle, as on 2 consecutive drives, they were faced with a 3rd and 1, and both times, tailback Stanford Kane was stuffed.

The Monarchs would score 14 more points, passing scores to WR Isaiah Harper and TE Adam Swann to make it 38-24 with under 4 minutes to go.

Ayo Chandler led his team down the field, and on 2nd and 10 from the 12 yard line, rolled out right and floated a beauty of a touch pass to a wide open Ronald Hollis, who had been on fire all game. He finished with school records of 12 catches and 189 yards. But Hollis dropped it, 1 of 3 drops for him on the day. 3rd and 10, short pass to Hollis, who made the grab in traffic, broke a tackle, and ended up with 9 yards. On 4th and 1, OC Tommy Perkins elected to trust his running game, and called a run up the middle. It was stuffed.

The Swarm got a stop, and got the ball back at their own 17 after a punt. Chandler and Hollis linked up 4 straight times, for 46 yards. Chandler would find Ben Reid for 28 yards, then would hit TE Kalvin Howe for 9 yards. A Hollis catch then put the Swarm at the 1, where Chandler snuck it in.

However, the Swarm couldn't recover the onside kick, and the comeback effort fell short.

            Banks' thoughts on the game

It sucks to lose like that. Hollis showed why he was a 4 star guy coming out of high school. Ridiculous speed, vert, ability to get open is great too. But you can't drop 3 balls in a game. And 5 as a team? Come on.

Our line was atrocious. Atrocious. I may bench all of those guys next week. I'm so disgusted with the way they played today, I'm beyond screaming. I just feel bad for Stanford, man. At least 8 times today he took the handoff and just had 3 guys in his face instantly.
The Swarm go back to Ohio, and will play winless Central Michigan next week.

            Stats:

            Westlake State

            Passing

            Chandler - 25/43, 364 yards, 2 TD, 2 INT

            Rushing

            Kane - 10 carries, 13 yards

            Chandler - 10 carries, 33 yards, TD

            Receiving

            Hollis - 12 catches, 189 yards, 3 drops

            Reid - 3 catches, 41 yards, TD

This game pissed me off, man. Hollis was so so good all game. Then he drops the easiest score ever. And we actually would've been alright if our line wasn't so garbage.

Probably get 2 games out tomorrow. I leave for Chicago in 5 days for an aau tournament, so I'll try to get the season done before then. I'm gone for 4 days I think, then the 5th we travel home.

SWARM TOPPLE CHIPPEWAS IN 24-20 THRILLER

Clockwise, from top left: Guidry, Godfrey and McDowell's picks were key to the win

Hollis breaks own yards record with 233, but drops 6 balls -- Swarm secondary with 3 huge red zone picks -- Another horrible run blocking showing from O-Line -- Ayo Chandler impressive, throwing for 397 yards, 3 scores

Akron, OH -- The Swarm grabbed their first win of the season, a 24-20 thriller over still winless Central Michigan. (0-4)

It was another excellent 1st quarter for Westlake State, as they went up 14-0 behind an 11/12 start from QB Ayo Chandler, who threw scores to Ronald Hollis and Ben Reid.

Hollis with a 1st quarter TD

The Chippewas struck back, with QB Jake Spalding capping off a 78 yard drive with a 7 yard rushing score on a read option. The Swarm offense started struggling at this point, as the run game just couldn't get going. Chandler was accurate, but once again, the Swarm got stuffed on multiple short 3rd downs.

Luckily, the Swarm secondary was there to step up. A pair of red zone picks from Pat Godfrey and Chip Guidry stopped a couple of good CMU drives. Unfortunately, Westlake State couldn't capitalise on either turnover.

The Swarm kicked a field goal on their first drive after the half, then the teams traded stops until Johnson threw a TD pass to WR Corey Willis, capping off a long, methodical drive.

The Swarm held a 17-14 advantage heading into the 4th quarter, but the Chippewas tied it up with a short field goal. With the way this game was going, it looked like a touchdown was all that Westlake would need to put it away. But on 2nd and 10 from the CMU 41, Hollis would fumble trying to get some yards after the catch. The Swarm defense stepped up, with Leigh McDowell picking Johnson off in the red zone, the 3rd wasted red zone chance for CMU on the day.

Hollis was hit hard by CMU safety Otis Kearney (far left) and fumbled on this play

The offense had yet another chance to retake the lead. On 1st down at their own 40, Hollis would drop a wide open catch over the middle. 2nd down, he dropped a deep ball inside the CMU 10. Chandler went right back to him the next play, and he caught a pass on an out route for 9 yards. That set up a 4th and 1 from the 50. Banks elected to send out the punt team, trusting his defense to get a stop with under 2 minutes to go.

This drop from Hollis nearly cost his team dearly

But the Swarm came out sloppy on this drive. They gave up 45 yards worth of penalties on 3 straight plays, 2 facemasks and a roughing the passer call.
CMU was at the Swarm 15 with just 49 seconds to go. The defense pulled together, forcing a field goal, but after the kickoff, the Swarm had just 10 seconds left. Everyone in the stadium knew Ronald Hollis was getting that ball. Chandler aired it out to him, dropping in a perfect pass, and Hollis would burn everyone for an 86 yard, game-winning TD grab as time expired.

Chandler airs it deep to Hollis for an 86 yard grab to seal his first win as a starter

The Swarm remain at home, and will play 1-2 San Jose State at InfoCision Stadium next week.

That has to be a program-changing win -- the momentum could easily spill over into coming weeks. Excellent work grinding out the W. Hollis' stats are something else... 11 grabs but 6 drops! Wow!! At least those drops didn't cost you anything this time.

I love the recruiting post. Reminds me of something MrHurriicane would do with his Kalispell dynasty. I'm curious where you got the face pics for those guys?

                  Keep up the good work

I really didn't think Hollis would catch that last pass. Our defense really stepped it up with the red zone picks, and just being good all day, so a lot of the credit goes to them. Chandler looked really really good. Only threw 1 pick, and that was my fault. He was slinging it today. We have SJSU next, and I feel that's a very winnable game if key guys can step up. My biggest concern is our line. We have no run game whatsoever. We'd be 2-2 if we could convert 3rd and 1s.

Hollis is possibly the most interesting player I've had in any dynasty I've done. He has all the tools, just can't catch the football. Remember he has off field issues too...

Glad you liked the recruiting post! I got the pics from Geezy, he sent me all the ones he had. I may have to get some more, but the new ones won't look as good cause they'll have a black background instead of being transparent like his, and I'm not spending time cropping 20+ tiny pictures.

Preciate that man. I gotta give Guru some of the credit for the presentation. He helped me out with it, gave me some tips. I have more planned, so stick around for that.

Thanks to both of y'all for checking in.

I had a dude just like Hollis during my old UNF dynasty. Noah Fontenot, 6'6" with +90 speed. Started him as a true freshman at like 63 OVR and threw everything to him. He'd either finish with 150 yards, or like 5 with 5 drops.

I feel like Hollis will end up having like 1500 yards, 12 scores, but like 25 drops this year. He gets open so much it's ridiculous.

                            October 4th, 2014

                            3RD QUARTER MELTDOWN SINKS SWARM

Swarm wideouts Ronald Hollis and Tristan Little collide on a key 3rd down, forcing the Swarm to punt it away

Hollis shows out again with 259 yards, 2 TD, but drops 2 key passes -- Chandler throws for over 450 yards, but throws 2 bad picks in the 3rd quarter -- Carillo tears up Swarm secondary for 342 yards, 2 scores

Akron, OH -- Westlake State had their QB throw for 458 yards, and had their best wideout break his own record for single game receiving yards for the 3rd game in a row. And lost, 34-27, to San Jose State.

The Swarm had an great first half, leading 20-7, and looking well on their way to winning their second consecutive game behind 227 yards and a score from Ayo Chandler, who currently lead the FBS in passing yards, with 1593. The defense also looked good, stopping the Spartans on all but one drive.

But then the 3rd quarter rolled around. Initially, it looked to be more of the same, with the Swarm stopping SJSU's offense. But on their first offensive snap, Chandler looked deep to Ronald Hollis and underthrew a deep ball, which was picked by Spartans corner Dakari Monroe. The Spartans would take advantage of the opportunity, going 54 yards and ending the drive with a 4 yard run from HB Malik Roberson, cutting the Swarm lead to just 6 points. Another awful pick from Chandler led to a field goal for the Spartans, and the next Swarm drive would stall out, allowing the Spartans to drive down the field, and Roberson would catch a 4 yard TD pass. The Spartans would add onto their newfound lead with another field goal.

The 4th quarter started poorly for Westlake State, with WR Tre Hartley catching a pass over the middle, cutting past Swarm MLB Louis Lloyd, and taking it 30 yards to the house.

A rare missed tackle from Lloyd

This made it a 34-20 game, with about 6 minutes left. The Swarm needed to put together good drives. Ronald Hollis had been dependable all day, but on back to back plays, would drop a pass, then get bump into his teammate, to force the Swarm to punt.

With no one around, Hollis dropped this pass, which would have given his team a first down

A few stops would be traded, and the Swarm would score, on a 34 yard TD pass to Hollis. With 2 minutes to go, SJSU needed a first down for the win. They wouldn't get it, and the Swarm had a chance, with 37 seconds to try to send the game to OT. They would get a decent drive going, but were faced with a 4th and 17 with 12 seconds left. For the second time that day, Chandler would underthrow a deep ball to Hollis. This one was batted down by Dakari Monroe, and the game was over.

The play that sealed the game

                            Banks on the loss:

Man I don't know if it was fatigue, or if we just got complacent, but there's no way we shoulda lost that game. I've never seen Ayo underthrow a ball, man. Those picks shouldn't have happened. It's hard to criticize Hollis, cause he had like 250 yards, but that drop, and then him running into Tristan the next play? Come on now. Those are just mental mistakes, lack of focus.
The Swarm stay at home, and will host 4-1 (2-1 PAC-12) Oregon State next week.

                              Westlake State Football Staff Communications

                              From: Head Scout Zach Favors

                              To: Head Coach Davonnie Banks

                              Cc: Recruiting

Hey boss, I've done some more scouting. I focused on expanding our recruiting here in Ohio, and keeping our pipeline in Florida. I'll start with the guys I found close to home.

First up, I found CB tandem Michael Freeman and Jermaine McBride playing for Springfield High. Both are 3 star recruits, but I think they're both underrated. Let's start with McBride. He's a tall, long, man coverage corner. At 6'3, reportedly running a 4.46, he'll give a lot of guys problems. He's pretty strong for his build, can definitely jam guys up at the line. Definitely needs to put weight on, only weighs 178 right now.

But Freeman is my new favorite recruit. He's a 3 star recruit, but I really think he's as good as anyone in the nation. He's smaller than McBride, at 6'0, 171, but he's a lot faster. His 40 is listed at 4.38. He can COVER. I think he may be the best man coverage corner in the nation. And he has amazing instincts. 8 picks, and he hasn't allowed a score all season. One area where McBride has him beat though, is agility. Freeman has tight hips, and struggles sometimes with changing direction.

We have a verbal commit from McBride already. Freeman's primary interest is a program with a lot of tradition. Definitely not our strong suit, so he'll be hard to get.

Also in Ohio were linebackers Ryan Doyle and Zac Clark. Doyle is from Zanesville, Clark hails from Fairview Park. Doyle is definitely the better prospect. A 3 star OLB, he can do a bit of everything. He's got decent speed, strength, a great first step, can rush the passer, and is decent in coverage.

Clark plays MLB currently, but may not for us, at least not right away if we want to get him on the field. He's fast, and at 253, strong as well. But he's raw. Not a great tackler, and he lacks run defense instincts. We have a verbal commit from him.

I found some great talent in Florida. Let's start with a 3 star athlete I found in Mulberry. He's not the best player I found, but he's definitely the most intriguing. His name is Travis Thompson. He's 6'3, 244, plays for West Mulberry High. He plays linebacker and tailback for them. He's got good speed for that size, and his first step is great. He's a bruising runner, with a good assortment of moves. On defense, he's a decent tackler who hits hard, is OK in man coverage, but bad in zone. Has good instincts, and can rush the passer a bit. Last thing: He has a bit of an arm. Mulberry's starter went down in the second game I caught, and in came Travis. He has OK arm strength, but is inaccurate. He'll never be a QB, but I thought it was worth mentioning.

Projected position: MLB/Change of pace back/maybe SS

Next up is another corner, Willie Gardner, a 3 star from Lake Wales. He's a more physical corner at 6'0, 195, and will press you all day. He's fast though. He runs a reported 4.38 40. Better in zone than man, good instincts, could be a safety for us. Not a great tackler though.

                              Some others I found in Florida were TE Daniel Gray(6'1, 262, 4.58 40, #47 TE), CB David Moore (6'1, 167, 4.4 40, #103 CB) and T Matt Marshall. (6'7, 276, 380 bench, #85 T)

                              Verbal Commits through Week 7:

                              1* K Lance Moore (5'10, 178, #31 K)

                              3* ATH Matt Schneider (6'3, 171, 4.42 40, #45 ATH)

                              2* T Matt Marshall (6'7, 276, 380 bench, #85 T)

                              1* P Chad Crum (6'1, 181, #32 P)

                              1* JUCO JR DT Chris Miller (6'6, 290, 420 bench, #169 DT)

                              2* G Terry Pettit (6'1, 319, 395 bench, #107 G)

                              2* MLB Zac Clark (6'2, 253, 4.56 40, 425 bench, #77 MLB)

Note: When I say verbal commit, it means a team has a lead of over 1000 points on a player.

Another tough loss. Hollis continues to kill though. That's really something to be excited for. He's a junior, right?

I really like your recruiting updates. Freeman seems like an absolute lockdown corner. I like the dude Travis Thompson too, reminds me of an ATH I recruited.

Your presentation is progressing really quickly.
