Help decide who should be in my dynasty's 4-team playoff?

There's been a lot of parity in my current dynasty season.. nevertheless going into championship week I had a good idea of who was going to get in. Sadly one of those teams lost and that opens up the playoff race a bit. I'd appreciate some opinions as to who should get in.

At the moment, I have two teams that are definitely going to be in.

Team A:

Record: 12-1
Record vs Ranked teams: 4-1
Conference Champ?: Yes
Bad losses: 0
Blow outs: 5
Other notes:

Team B:

Record: 12-1
Record vs Ranked teams: 2-1
Conference Champ?: Yes
Bad losses: 0
Blow outs: 7
Other notes:


I have four teams left in contention for the final two spots:

Team C:

Record: 11-1
Record vs Ranked teams: 0-1
Conference Champ?: Yes
Bad losses: 0
Blow outs: 4
Other notes: Only loss was to a ranked team at home. Conference does not have a title game.


Team D:

Record: 10-2
Record vs Ranked teams: 2-0
Conference Champ?: No
Bad losses: 1 - only if you count 6-6 as a bad loss
Blowout wins: 4 - three of which came in last five weeks of season
Other notes: Finished second in their division - did not play in conference title game


Team E:

Record: 11-2
Record vs Ranked teams: 3-2
Conference Champ?: No
Bad losses: 0
Blowout wins: 4
Other notes: Lost to Team F in conference title game


Team F:

Record: 9-4
Record vs Ranked teams: 5-4
Conference Champ?: Yes
Bad losses: 3 blowout losses, all to ranked teams
Blowout wins: 5
Other notes: Beat Team E in Conference Title Game, won 5 of last 6, including two major rivalry games

I would say C and D just because I can't see a 4 loss team making the playoff. And since team F beat team E, that makes them not eligible for the playoff.

C and E seems the most realistic to me.

I think C is a no brainer, but I'd definitely go with E after that, because even though their record is worse against ranked teams, it makes me seem like they have a harder strength of schedule, and that they lost to a Conference Champion is better than losing to a 6-6 team in my opinion. But yeah, no way a 4 loss team should EVER make the playoff.

C & D for me.

F has too many losses and E just lost to them in the title game so I feel like E is out since they're coming off a big loss there.

How close was the conference championship game between E and F? If it was close, I'd go with E. If it was 10 or more points, I'd go with D

The final was 23-21. However, the box score shows that Team F led the entire game and had a 16-7 lead entering the fourth quarter. Team E made it close with a late touchdown pass and I'm assuming they just couldn't recover the onside.

It may also be worth mentioning that Team E has been down their starting quarterback for a large chunk of the season, including the conference championship. It looks like he'll be healthy for the playoff. Team F's player ratings are also higher across the board than Team E.

I appreciate the input from all of you guys so far. I set up the playoff this morning but have yet to begin it, so I can still make changes if someone makes a compelling argument for or against any of these teams. Hopefully I'll get to sit down on Thursday and run through it then. It's interesting to me that everyone seems alright with Team C's lack of schedule strength. However, I agree that they are one of the best teams this season.

Because this is for my UConn dynasty over in that section of the boards, I won't reveal any of the teams or results until I get caught up there to avoid any possible spoilers.. hopefully within the next week we'll reveal the identities of the mystery teams!

C and D. F has too many losses. E is arguably stronger than D, but considering they lost to a 4 loss F team and didn't win their conference...better luck next year lol

Yeah I will.. you know, once I actually go through the playoffs

Just haven't had a chance to do so yet. I'm trying really hard to get caught up in the dynasty thread before I go further. We'll all know this week, I promise.
