I'm playing with Florida Panthers, competitive all-star difficulty. I play all the games myself, except for preseason games. We begun the season well, winning about 8 games in a row and traded some picks, plus players so that the lineup looks as follows:

Lately we've been losing all games, about 5 in a row and Duchene has lost his motivation, currently being only 80 rated, dropping all the way from 85. I don't know how to win anymore, as I've lost my touch entirely and my motivation is fading away as well, I'm only playing to finish the season to see the ratings and free agents and draft. Hoping for a clean start next season, the chances of making playoffs this season are slim with 54 games into the season, but of course still alive. However, I cannot play consistently nor can I expect to win, no matter what I try, I cannot defend. I have 1 shutout in the season, but lately I've been losing by 5-8 goals each match.

Hope to find myself out of this sinking ship, but currently our team is falling apart, locker room chemistry is poor, fan happiness is poor, we have money issues and everything's falling apart. Chaos
