How's your franchise mode going? NHL 18

I found a franchise player in scouting for the first time. Traded up to get him and he's now 92 ovr in year 3.

I'm playing with Florida Panthers, competitive all-star difficulty. I play all the games myself, except for preseason games. We begun the season well, winning about 8 games in a row and traded some picks, plus players so that the lineup looks as follows:

Lately we've been losing all games, about 5 in a row and Duchene has lost his motivation, currently being only 80 rated, dropping all the way from 85. I don't know how to win anymore, as I've lost my touch entirely and my motivation is fading away as well, I'm only playing to finish the season to see the ratings and free agents and draft. Hoping for a clean start next season, the chances of making playoffs this season are slim with 54 games into the season, but of course still alive. However, I cannot play consistently nor can I expect to win, no matter what I try, I cannot defend. I have 1 shutout in the season, but lately I've been losing by 5-8 goals each match.

Hope to find myself out of this sinking ship, but currently our team is falling apart, locker room chemistry is poor, fan happiness is poor, we have money issues and everything's falling apart. Chaos

Seattle Spartans expansion. Doing alright...

Started out 1-3-0, then won 8 in a row. Started thinking about changing up the difficulty (though I've been outshot just about every game), until I got stomped in back to back games. First by Anaheim (#1 in the West), then the next night by Buffalo (Dead last in the East). Got back on track and am now at 14-6-1, and sitting pretty as the 4th seed in the West.

Duchene and Grabner are both leading the way offensively for me, with 19 and 20 pts. respectively. Not much offense from the rest of my forwards though, as Riley Smith sits 3rd with 11 pts.

Defensively, my top pairing of Jonas Brodin (2 g, 11 a) and Zach Bogosian (4 g, 7 a) are killing it.

In net, Korpisalo stole the starting job from Grubauer, but we have had a ton of back to backs, so Korpisalo has started 12 games, and Grubby has started 9. Korpisalo has elite potential, so I'm looking to start him about 50 times this year, with Grubauer starting the other 32.

Haven't had many injuries. Bogosian missed 3 games, and Patrick Berglund is now out for 3 weeks. Apart from that, we've been good.

I changed my mind, I decided on Classic Franchise route, with Tampa. Will possibly move them to Orlando or Atlanta in future years. I want to tweak my Orlando Solar Bears more, and create a Atlanta Team as well. If I have these both created outside of franchise, can I use them when I decide to move Tampa later on?

Using a lot of younger players in the Pre-Season. Thinking of buying out Gaborik and possibly Brown and going with more speed. LA isn't exactly the fastest team in the league.

I've created the Hartford Whalers as an expansion team. They play at the "Travelers Center" in Hartford, CT. For the AHL affiliate, I created the "Indianapolis Hawks", who play at the "McMahon Pavilion".

I created the Wisconsin Wolfpack. Was going to go with just wolves, but adding pack ties the state together. Plus can pretend have a GO pack GO chant during the games

Weird Question:

I have not played in couple years (more of an old school gamer, ie. offline season/GM mode) I remember not being happy that you could not check other scores/results.. Is this still the case?
