I have digital download as well, and two controllers are used. One for me, the other for my brother. The one my brother uses even has the rubber off the joystick, so you could categorize it as "imperfect". Even so, none has the problems you're describing.

You could try the reset tricks out there. But I'd say either ditch the controller or send it in via warranty so they give you a new one.

RESET Tricks??? please explain this.. I feel that the Human controlled player is programmed to be like 100th of a second delay.. it allows the CPU help...

MY apologies on delay on posting again. I did the reset trick and it seemed to work on that particular controller. However, I’m again noticing delay when pressing the trigger button to change players during games. Honestly it’s a noticeable delay not just a slight one. I don’t get it only seems to be when I play nhl
