They generally do have access to that. The potential problem with target passing is that they did such a terrible job implementing it that no one wanted to use it. You couldn't move around using the feature killing it in the comp crowd and it did use accuracy ratings killing it for the sim crowd.


Maybe fixing those two issues wouldn't lead to many people using it still, but I have my doubts.
