    What's still needed?

    Everyone is in agreement this patch is going down well.

    Now that there can't be many left to do, how about a definitive list of everything folk have been asking for? It's been stressed if you want something in it, make the Devs aware.

    For me, the clinch now needs to take precedence. A quicker entry into the clinch would be great. It's so easy to telegraph and deny.

    How about a pawing motion as well for managing distance and stopping the opponent advancing, I seen in another thread that the push mechanic could be used if the uppercut buttons were held. This is a great shout and should be done.

    Better animations and impact from strikes from the clinch should be done if possible, and maybe some sort of head control where you can properly smash elbows.

    I think the standing elbows can be adjusted as well, don't think they are well respresented at all.

    Any more for a proper list for the Devs to see?

    Bring back the UFC 2 small lunges at least for fighters with 90+ footwork

    Current ones arent as responsive and you cant cancel into/out of other actions

    I’d also love power modifier and full control over our block Gaethje style.

      Increase the benefit of using lower grade fighters, it is still too low.

              1. Tone down Takedowns (they need help, but they are too good now)
              2. Increased stamina drain on moving strikes
              3. Quicker block break in mount
              4. Slightly larger denial window on the ground
              5. Nerf the uppercuts from hell

                    I think they should make submissions faster as well.

                      Hoping for a proper random button. One that wont show you anything but a silhouette until you actually enter your match.

                        My last request to basically immortalize EA UFC 3's Finish the Fight system as the best ever in a MMA game (these suggestions plus perhaps making the KOed fighters remain in a even more ragdoll physics heavy state than they are now. Actually I'm gonna edit that into the OP):

                        Other than that, the last thing I can say I really want UFC 3 to pull off realistically is basic strike variation. Some fighters like Ngannou would throw looping long uppercuts instead of short chopping ones, fighters like Kimbo should throw Mike Tyson style hooks with the fist positioned vertical instead of horizontal, and some long fighters should throw pretty long hooks as well. I say realistically, but this probably isn't very realistic because thats a lot of animation work plus the job of assigning these variations to all the fighters.

                        Oh and make Yoel Romero look like the freak of nature he is.

                          - Something-something-strike-volume-stamina-shrug.
                          - Quick match latency bar
                          - Quick match ability to search for MMA or Stand and Bang (As in I'm ok with either one but would like to avoid the KO mode)
                          - Fighter balance changes (Which character that wasn't meta at launch is meta now?)
                          - More classic/prime versions of fighters (Nog Bros, Shogun, Lyoto, Anderson, Melendez, Penn, Coleman, Rampage, Rashad, Vitor, Pettis, Diego Sanchez etc) with viable stats.
                          - This one isn't something I personally need but I think the casual players would greatly benefit from an optional Simple Controls options that got rid of the sideways/retreating strikes and fixed up on the modifier gore that the basic controls have.

                            Don't get me wrong, this patch is great. It really is. But There is still alot to improve on.

                            The grappling is the best it's been but it's still pretty crap. Still no struggles, scrambles, moving around cage, ground sways, rocks, better ground and pound. These need to be introduced to really create a full MMA experience.

                            The ground and pound looks absolutely shocking in this game. The way the fighter flails his arms in the air or the knock out animations look so F-ING bad it's laughable. I'm hoping the next patch really improves grappling and clinch.
