Whats up guys!! Madden gave us the gift of editable draft classes. Its time to make the most of it. We are present the Associated Fictional Draft Classes. We are providing you an alternate universe that is connected to your franchise. Its random and scripted. Scripted in a sense, that we have allocated the correct amount of busts and super stars throughout each draft class. And random to where some classes might be absurdly stacked, and some might be completely trash. Its like real life. And random as to guys we hype up might completely suck, and guys we barely talk about might be superstars. You are going to throw your tv out the window when you draft that bust. You will be crying tears of joy when the guy you drafted in the 3rd round is the corner stone to your defense for the next 10 seasons and a future hall of famer.
This year Sapp and I are literally balling out. We have 20 draft classes on paper. What do I mean by on paper?
Like we have this already done. For 20 Draft classes. You see a qb you like? Well was he productive in college? You can find out. If he’s no where to be found on the stats sheet, you might have scouted deep enough and found a gem.
But hey, stats in college don’t always equate to the NFL. So we will give you scouting reports. These scouting reports will look something along the lines of this.
But make sure to scout him in your connected franchise. We could be completely wrong. Or we could be right.
And sometimes. We just gotta connect with the players. They aren’t just a football player. These guys are humans. You gotta know their back story. Like this one…..
When we get pushing on this journey and we get to dc5, you might have heard about a specific guy every year. That’s the point of being ASSOCIATED. You might see a guy in the dc1 report that is a top high school senior. Like we have all the top HS classes written out as well, we are that serious about this.......
And then find out in our preseason report that he starts year one and is top 10 in a certain category, and then in year 2, he completely balls out and hes leading every statistical category imaginable and winning awards. You know to plan your tank when he becomes draft eligible. He will be worth it you tell yourself. And come year 3 he tears his acl and is out for the year. He comes back senior year and is a shell of himself. And in DC5, this guy that you heard about over 5 draft classes is sitting their in the 6th round. Do you draft him? Does he become the next Antonio brown and his comeback story is REMARKABLE. Or does he end up getting cut in the preseason because that acl tear completely derailed who he is as a player.
