Wow, what a heart breaker. We injuried Winston on the first drive. Fitzmagic came in and sliced us up. Brett Grimes single handedly beat us on the other side of the ball with 3 interceptions. After the first two, I was done throwing to the right side of the field. Until the last play, trying to hit a deep route to get out of bounds for a last second tying field goal. He under cut the route for the pick.
Carlos Hyde was running into a brick wall all day, but I love to keep committing to the run. It finally paid off after he broke a 52 yard TD run in the second quarter.
Charles Sims III put up a respectable rushing performance for Tampa Bay. 14 carries, 63 yards, and a TD. I got a good laugh when they trotted Orelans Darkwa out onto the field. We had him earlier this season due to injuries to Chubb and Hyde. He ran 3 carries for 6 yards but I think 2 of those carries were for key first downs by a hair.
