**FIXED TEAMS DATA--Playbooks should be ok now.
That seems to have also solved the odd menu color.
Updated Teams data with the latest ncaa14 ported data.
**Rankings are Playoff Rankings#1 WK10 .
(I will update with preseason rankings and current CFP WK12 rankings later after next NCAA14 update is released.)
-Depth charts were adjusted for a couple hours for Xbox360, but some teams may still need manual adjustment.

Guide for PS3 offline files:

1a.So first Insert a USB into PS3 making sure it is formatted to work with PS3
1b.Start the Game and Save a Roster file in game. It will save to the PS3 HDD.
2. Then quit game, and go to "Saved Data Utility" under the "Game" section on your PS3.
-move or COPY the roster save file you made on PS3 hdd and transfer it to the USB flash drive. (vid at 1:18 to 1:45__FOLLOW the youtube video down below.)
-Turn your PS3 off and eject USB flash drive.
3. Go back to your PC and plug in USB flash drive.
3a. Extract my NCAA 13 PS3 Roster file from the .zip file. It should have PS3>SAVEDATA>BLUS30948-ROSTER-BR1718SEPT (video between 2:05 thru 3:16)
3b. Put this roster folder (BLUS30948-ROSTER-BR1718SEPT) into the "SAVEDATA" folder on your flash drive. (You may have to first delete the old Roster save Folder, and then Paste in this new roster data folder.)
3c. remove flash drive properly from your PC.
4a. Plug your USB flash drive into your PS3.
4b. Once you have your usb in your ps3, go to the "Saved Data Utility" folder under the "Game" section on your PS3, hit x, your usb will be the second option, hit x on it, and if all was done properly your roster file will be there.
4c. Hit triangle and select copy, then you should be able to load it in game.

Hello everyone,

I am looking for some help with the file transfer process. The directions are clear enough, but I can't seem to get the roster file to properly save on my flash drive. I formatted it for my xbox 360, saved the roster file on the ncaa 2013, transferred the save to my usb, turned off the console, then plugged the usb into my computer. The only thing that shows up saved is a text document that cannot be opened by modio. Any tips on how to fix this?

Hi all, brand new to this website and roster downloads. I wanted to share my experience downloading these rosters. 1st of all, there is an issue with the 11/28 update files. I had to revert back to 11/16 post to find files that work. Secondly, I could not find content folder on my usb drive which was very misleading for a while. I tried copying the roster to the flash drive and after being told I did not have enough space even after deleting many things, I deleted a random data folder. (DON'T DO THIS). I lost all access to my data. Xbox shows that the flash drive contains a certain amount of data but lists 0 files (They are completely inaccessible.) Anyway, after this fiasco I tried again and magically the content folder appeared in the drive which was the key to a successful download. Anyway, make sure y'all can find that content folder in your files manager on your desktop.

So has anyone figured out the UMASS bug in dynasty mode? Cant play them, game locks up. Tried playing as opponent and loading icon just spins up for as long as I let it.

Well I guess for now the workaround is to just sim this week...good thing UMASS is garbage LOL

Idk if this helps with dynasty specifically but often times there is an issue with the players on the rosters that causes things to freeze or bug. Go through your roster and coaches and ensure all of them have human skin colors and did not turn weird colors.

Tried downloading latest file multiple times however the data is always corrupt. Not sure what i’m doing wrong but I know I’ve followed all the steps correctly. Please help?

*To those with PS3 problems, Not sure since I don't own a PS3 to test them. I made the PS3 files the same way so assumed it should work.
I only know Xbox360 works for casual single player games, unsure about dynasty mode.


*It was found that Umass and Tex St both freeze the game on loadup; I checked over older year rosters, and found 2014 and 2016 & maybe 2017? rosters also do the same thing, but 2012,2013, and 2015 were ok. I am not sure how to fix this yet, so this is the only major bug.


*Ever since the 11-4-18 Update, I Fixed the strange purple greenish menu font colors and Playbooks data after being ported wrong for the past 2 months between Sept and November. So I expect all recent updated files to be more stable than past files.

I'm on year 4 of my N. Texas dynasty and I haven't had any issues. I can't tell you guys which file I'm using but I think it's the one on page 8. I've tried playing with several other teams in play now and dynasty with no crashing. I'm sorry you guys are experiencing this

(You will have to always change ratings on your own file. )
The ratings are about 99% the same as the ones on Vikesfan NCAA 14 rosters. There's always disagreement with ratings of Vikesfan rosters, but they have a system to rate them accurately based on composite scores of each player from espn, 247 and other more accurate stat sites. (unsure but, Sliders & difficulty level on ncaa 13 may affect how things play differently from ncaa 14 ratings. )

This roster is based on my mod(details here), so Oklahoma did have some players changed already but not ratings; I don't know much about OKL, so I wouldn't know who to replace R.Anderson & how to make ratings better. I don't plan to do any more modding since the season is over, so unless the real roster makers make changes it will probably remain the way it is. I may only update this file 1 or 2 more times. I'm waiting on another update on NCAA 14 before doing 13 again, since not a whole lot has changed in a month.
