To add to Roadman's post, we are NOT running default at all. You will note that the injury and threshold sliders are NOT set to default. Those have massive gameplay impacts and globally manipulate it without fudging with the traditional gameplay sliders. If people run at the game's default values for those settings, the base will be imbalanced and you will have issues.
