The four game series features plenty of starters making their debuts for their new teams, with Hyun-Jin Ryu, Tanner Roark, and Chase Anderson all making their Blue Jays debut in front of their home crowd at the Rogers Center. Collin McHugh and Martin Perez make their Red Sox debuts as they are scheduled to start games two and four respectively. In somewhat exciting news, the Blue Jays are slated to debut their "new blue" jerseys in the home opener on Thursday afternoon. The Blue Jays added their new alternate jersey as a replacement for the red jerseys that were featured in previous years. The red jersey will be kept for "special occasions" such as Canada Day.
