I don't know what they updated. They still haven't added top draft choices

They've added a few new Swedish/Finnish 2021 prospects(Olausson,Tuomaala etc) and I noticed that some overalls are changed(i.e Raty is now a 68 high elite). Relatively minor stuff.

ECHL rosters have been completely updated in the game

Yeah they added these players with blank portraits.Good work EA.I found a photo of Samu Tuomaala in 3 seconds.Why are these guys so lazy.

Can't wait to start a franchise with the Idaho Steelheads.Where can I get a job where you do the bare minimum and keep your jobs.

If they just put in a tenth of a effort as they do other games we would have a great game.And what bothers most these little things are easy to put in the game.

This "clappy" twitter feed (the main communications guy) is terrible at any dialogue. just a tweet and no follow-up. we get NO information on what is changed in these roster updates. I guess the 2020 excuse is "due to Covid..."

I think they doing not update Player photos about Hut. Cause their Hut Customer would be angry if the Franchise Player have this Players withs Pics in. Guess for updating Player photos in Hut they need to to this in a patch. Under the line every year the same with this developer crew. Their Artists are only busy to create now Christmas Hut Cards and so they spend no time to add faces or Player pics cause this is no business for them. I don’t think that most HUT Players have deep knowledge about Hockey Players so many don't know who is Tuomaala or Olausson.

The thing to keep in mind about photo's for players is rights. Sure, we can find a picture easily online, but it's not like EA can just find it too, save it and put it in the game. It doesn't work that way. they likely have to get their own photo's, or get the rights to photo's they don't own.



It sucks, but that's the way life is in this digital world and legal world.

Not true.


If you put a picture in a game and you make money out of it you need rights to do it.
