    Lighting - Too Dark?

What's the story with how dark everything is in night games? When batting, you can barely even tell that there are fans in the outfield seats

Is it me.....or is it way too dark in certain areas of the ballparks?

I have had zero issues with night games. I don't know what y'all are seeing but for me it looks great.

It’s darker, but too dark? I don’t know - definitely a subjective thing.

If it’s not a lighting bug I’m guessing the aim is to either put focus on the field or just better depict that if you’re a player out there, you’re not going to see every fan lit up by stadium lights.

Some stadiums seem fine, others not so much, especially Texas I noticed it.

I was hoping on next Gen the fields were brighter like in real life. I always felt the fields weren’t bright enough specifically the outfield area in past games.

Can we get a list of stadiums too dark? Maybe system, version, hdr tv, etc just to maybe see a trend
Yankees, Manchester United, Chicago Bears, New York Rangers

Here is a pic from Fenway last year on MLB The Show 20 on PS4.....maybe it was like this last year and I'm just getting re-acclimated to the game

Could also just be that the game on PS5 looks so good and vibrant that the dark crowd stands out more.....will get a pic from this year and post it too

In my opinion, the PS5 pic looks better and the lighting and colors look more accurate to me. But everyone's eyes are different

Guaranteed Rate Field in Chicago looked just fine

I noticed this as well. Here’s a comparison for both games in Oriole Park. Hopefully this gets patched soon.

that's not good to hear. 20 on PS4 was one of the best looking sports games - especially the lighting at night.

I think lighting is still good, but yeah, maybe a tad dark. Still looks great though atleast haha.
