I don't know if this will help, but....
I edited a stadium, changed the name, saved and exited. When I did I saw that the stadium I had edited had not changed. So I went back in and got a message asking if I wanted to download it. I clicked on NO, EXITED and when I looked again I saw my edited stadium. Perhaps a glitch?
