    1000+ Hour MLB Roster 2021......

Finishing up tonight, will be in the vault around 12am EST. Here's the scoop:

    - used Ridin's base as a starting point (full credit to all those guys)
    - all 40 man rosters accurate as of today (a couple exceptions because the 40man/COVID rule is weird irl)
    - total rerate of every MLB player
    - total rerate of all prospects
    - revamped potentials to be more realistic throughout multiple seasons
    - every player's equipment edited
    - bunch of faces improved
    - stances/deliveries updated
    - every guy on 60-day is in A ball
    - every guy on 40 man is at least a 60 ovr
    - every guy on an MLB roster is at least 70 ovr
    - every player has walkup/entry music
    - every player has real bats/equipment
    - only 20 MLB players are 90+
    - only top 20 prospects have 90+ potential
    - all transactions current through 6pm EST today

Happy with how these came out, so give them a look if you can. If I missed anything, sorry. Enjoy!

Interested to hear how you went about doing the re-rates and determined potentials. I'm working on a similar project myself. We should have collabed

I was the first to download and rate this roster on the vault. I like the comment you added in the Description lol

Might give these a shot tomorrow but I'm also interested in how you went about doing your ratings.

Odd question but do you or anyone else think that these rosters will have a direct affect on the ridiculous amount of low scoring games I’ve and others have had since the day this game was released lol

These rosters look really nice. Can you (or anyone else) remind me what the CPU does with these guys? I don’t usually do this because I want everyone healthy at the beginning. I can just leave them there and they’ll be called up next season or how does it work?
                  Just one man’s opinion.
I don’t actually care about any of this.

Every game I play lately is 1-0 going into the sixth inning. I mean every dang game. It’s killed any type enjoyment I’ve had this year. Ridiculous.

It’s not just you. Between testing games and actual franchise games I’ve played about 60 games. Once. Just once have I surrendered more than five runs. I’ve been using dynamic difficulty which to be completely honest I really don’t enjoy but I can’t think of anything else at this point. It’s pretty much has had me settled into all star hitting and seems to be switching between HOF + and legend pitching. I just finished a four game series against the Yankees in which they scored one run, one run, two runs, and another two runs in 12 innings. Maybe a new roster will help but I doubt it but if I hadn’t tried everything else I could have think of I wouldn’t be bringing it up. I really don’t see what else to do except go back to 20. I’ve never had this problem in 16 years playing this game.

Yeah hitting is much harder this year IMO. I have dynamic on with sensitivity slider maxed at 10.

I am between Veteran+ and Allstar hitting using timing interface. And HOF to HOF+ pitching using classic interface. Before I could rock HOF hitting and pitching, but phew the hitting is tough. Never before have I seen so many weak hits or whiffs with good timing, or barely early or late timing.

Maybe raising timing window slider on a particular difficulty is the way to go this year.

funny, because i thought it was just me.....smh. my thoughts were that with so many no-hitters so far this year, emphasis is on pitching rather than hitting. seems like i have a LITTLE better success working the counts but seems like the CPU has better luck hitting than i do. they get homers and extra base hits and i hit it RIGHT AT someone quite a bit.

I play using quick counts so I am able to work counts easier and draw 3-4 walks per game on average. Even so, hitting is just much harder this year I think. I leave on the display to see my timing and even on "perfect" timing I feel like I was late lol. Just feels odd this year. I think the wonky bat sounds compared to 2020 is partially why I am feeling this way too.
