I'm not confident about this issue being addressed in Fifa 22.

This is yet another benefit granted to the Fut world that wants less and less interference from the cpu playing their moves, emphasizing the logic of 1 versus 1.
The fallout on the 21 offline gameplay has been very bad and has surprised the offline people:
for the first time the player attacks in a position of unfair advantage on the cpu (6 versus 4) according to a precise choice of programming by the Dev Team.
Obviously the criticism is symmetrical when the cpu attacks.
It's a lost battle: as I said I fear that Fifa 22 will not deviate from this policy that matches logic of marketing and CASH.
