Oh ****...this is a big step! Next year I'm betting it will be the crowd noise update next. Seeing as last year it was hard to get crowd noise in an empty stadium lol

At the 0:49 mark of the Mavs PA Twitter video, you can see they've done something to the 2000's Dirk.

But, the PA announcers for each team being in-game, is pretty remarkable. Hopefully, this means the atmosphere and audio have been worked on. Once they can get that to a place that creates more immersion, the games you play will feel more meaningful.

I just wonder if they have commentary recorded for when players switch teams, will the generic PA announcer just call their names or what?

I think they got them all. If you pause the vid with the 30 teams and when the logo flips they have the PA guys. I can see Mike Walczewski for the Knicks!
