Hey i was having the same problem as you..anything less than hall of fame and the CPU can't seem to shoot anything but on HOF I cant score. I'm doing HOF now and matched my shooting to 56 like the CPU. Lowered shot contest impact to 35(for me and CPU) and the shooting feels pretty good to me. It's not All star shooting but its definetly not HOF impossible. Im now having challenging games in the range of 95 to 130pts. Hope this helps
