NHL 2k23 (2k10 x360)

This is a complete NHL/AHL roster update for NHL 2k10 on the x360. This roster will include accurate NHL rosters and mostly accurate AHL squads (due to player roster limitations). I anticipate these rosters being used for exhibition, season, playoff mode. They may also be used for franchise but due to editing restrictions, you'll see many players retire or be moved that should have long careers.

Current State of Roster: Released
1. October 2022 release

Notes/Recommendations:
- How to add to your Xbox
- I do recommend using VeNoM3099's 2021 sliders with this file.
- Keep in mind, this is a decade-plus old game; Faces, equipment, etc may not be the most accurate due to restrictions with editing.
- Goalies are rated using Shogun's goalie edits so, ratings may look incredibly off but, this makes for better gameplay in my opinion.

As of right now, I don’t plan on a beta roster. This is for two reasons, some rosters will be a mess (especially ahl) and trying to cut down on the amount of saves as I know there is a limit. Looking at draftees, I will only be creating them if they fall on the NHL or AHL roster after that 10 game bench mark. For now, this will be mostly an update as to the state of the roster. Can’t rule out a beta tester or two for input though ��

Finally caught up with all the Free Agent moves (including Tkachuk's trade to the Panthers). Working on some players that will be in the AHL this year and jersey numbers. Following this post, I will also be using the first post of this thread to keep updates on the status and where I am with this roster.

Fantastic work man. I'm on PS3 but I love using the old rosters, so it's all good. To echo Shogun though, this game is still the best. I've gotta put some more time into 2K8 but 2K10 just plays so smooth

Just a small update, still chugging away on this. Unfortunately, I've contracted COVID despite all my best efforts which has slowed any energy to dedicate to this. To be honest, the AHL is quite taxing

So preference question, what would you rather see this season?
A. Just an NHL update with the AHL as is (kind of a mess but, still has the majority of active AHL rosters)
B. Delay release until both leagues are as complete as possible

I know ultimately the call is mine but, looking to see what modes people play with this roster

Full recovery first friend!!! And i think AHL fully not is important i think. My opinion is first a NHL update with any players on AHL , and then when you want the AHL complete but without time date to release. My vote A option sure.

Tomorrow NHL teams release their finalized rosters. That will certainly help button up the NHL rosters for the time being. I'm feeling better and chugging away. With that said, I'm still looking for release following that 10 game mark and still undecided about the fate of the AHL.

NHL first. Period.
When and if time allows cleaning up the AHL can happen over time. Somebody else wants to chip in and help then great. But delaying the whole roster now for something hardly anyone will care for in an already tiny community isn't worth your time.

NHL should be completed over the next few days. Anticipated AHL completion at a later date. AHL should be close to 80-90% done when the initial release is out.

Well, here we go:

This is the first release of NHL2k23 for the xbox 360.
Some notes:
NHL:
Teams have current rosters as of 10/26
Jersey Numbers and team captains as accurate as possible (can only put 2 guys as A's per team)
Injured players on LTIR/IR can mostly be found on their minor team
Lines are not accurate and will need to be edited to your liking
WPG, SEA, VGK will not have complete rosters due to restrictions with created teams. Players can be found in FAs or were left off the file.

AHL:
80-90% complete. I may or may not get around to finishing it this year.
