Are you and your party members in a voice channel together? If you are, are you "connected?" On a PS5 this involves pressing start, going to the little headset icon and hitting square.
They literally made the easiest thing ever impossible to figure out with their new voice chat features. I'm loving the gameplay so far but some of the other decisions they made are absolutely dumbfounding.
