    Where is my RB1

I started a new franchise over with updated rosters. Using Philly .. and 2 games in a row now Barkley just disappears. He’s not hurt. Listed number one on the chart but it’s all Gainwell. It’s really annoying. Even when I try and use the player feature when picking a play… I’ll choose Barkley and there’s no plays for him. It’s empty. What the hell is going on this is annoying asf

Did you mess with auto subs, the fatigue slider, and/or is Progressive Fatigue turned on?

The feature works now, you just have to manage your practice reps. I had it on in my last franchise that went 4 or 5 years deep and never had any issues with it nor did the CPU. I think a lot of people seem to forget to manage their practice reps and that's where some of the issues come from.

My rb1 disappeared in an exhibition game in the madden 25 beta. No progressive fatigue.

Also the system doesnt work. You just said it. If he touched fatigue or auto sub it would put him in a position where his pkayer “disappear”. It’s ridiculous.

If i turn fatigue all the way up for nba 2k, i get player that tire fast. I dont get players that leave the arena and disappear .

It does work, many people just forget to change their practices and it leads to their players being dead tired and not able to play.

I ran multiple dynasties last year around 5 years deep with it on and it worked fine for me and the CPU. I just had to manage practice reps and never had a single player disappear once.

It works for the user if they manage practice reps. It does not work for the AI who will be stuck with their FB at RB and OTs at TE in the playoffs.

This was not my experience in Madden 24.

                  Re: Where is my RB1

I’m in my second season running progressive fatigue, and it seems to work fine for me. I've had no issues with players disappearing, but I usually let the CPU manage my practice reps, so it’s in line with the other CPU teams. I haven’t delved into it yet to see how it really works, to be honest.

I have witnessed during the playoffs that FBs and (O-linemen subbed in at HB and TE in both of my seasons. If I had to make an assumption, it’s probably tied to the settings being used. My settings are: Simulation,Default All-Madden, Default Auto-Subs, custom penalties, 90 fatigue, 50 injury, and 95 threshold.

Once again, the system is BROKEN. My player disappeared in EXHIBITION. Unless you have a way for me to manage practice reps in play now.

Progressive fatigue, the system that was said to be broken, does not impact exhibition. A RB disappearing in an exhibition match is a completely separate issue.

For sure. That's what I am getting at. My Rb along with the cpu's disappeared in the Exhibition where progressive does not exist. Something I still broken with fatigue in general.

Is it broken though? I've never experienced that in Play Now before. I don't remember hearing anyone else talk about it in Play Now mode.

What EA need to do w/ practice is determine the percentage of reps that players during the week (kind of what NFL2k did 20 years ago). That is a more realistic setting.

I never quite understood how in EA's mind that the offense would go w/ full shells but the defense is only in shorts. The practice reps should play a bigger role in player development, injury management, endurance, etc, etc

Not broken - just half assed and poorly implemented (shocker).

For exhibition it’s likely tied to your fatigue slider and auto subs (although these are also poorly implemented). If your fatigue slider is too high and a player hits a certain stamina depletion based on their rating they won’t reenter the game because they will never recover the missing energy.
